Personally, the idea's funny to me as a sort of weird dadaist(?) approach to speedrunning, but at the same time it also kinda shows how much of the speedrunning community is more about being elitist in the time they achieve and not so much in showing a neat/interesting way to beat a game in ridiculously short time, judging from the way they react to this.
