  • Creamy brussels sprouts recipe. Creamy brussels sprouts sautéed in a rich, thick, creamy sauce. I make my brussels sprouts with parmesan cheese, garlic and onion. This brussels sprouts recipe is delicious. Brussel sprouts is extremely easy to make, you will definitely enjoy it.
    Ingredients:
    1lb brussels sprouts
    1 onion
    2 tbsp butter
    2 garlic cloves
    1 cup heavy cream
    1 cup dry white wine (Chardonnay)
    1 tsp lemon zest
    ½ cup parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp walnuts
    1 tsp thyme

    Thanks for a great recipe. I made the Brussels sprouts last night for dinner as a side dish and we loved them. My husband isn't a big fan of Brussels sprouts but he liked this recipe.

      Try this recipe. You will fall in love with it. Brussels Sprouts come of very tasty and creamy. Definitely need to try it

    So on the cheap i always substitute the costly cream with sour cream, it works even better here but I cut the parm in half and added some milk to loosen it up

    They should not be cooked more than 5 minutes so they dont loose the nutrition values. Great receipe, btw :)

      You can skip the wine step. Can also add some extra chicken stock

    no dude.....you use too many pans, leave out lemon zest, use duck fat to brown (you are not browning your brussels enough!), add onion to cook WITH brussels, add garlic lastly before the cream. And...love the idea of chopped browned bacon with it! But that could be an entire meal! And cream and parm lastly.
