I cannot stress enough a warning about big professions of love early on. Just step back, take a couple days offline, breathe and don’t obsess. It’s dangerous to get caught up in fake love. Right Kev? A lot of men have nothing in profiles. What do I do with that ? I usually don’t talk to guys with no info in profiles. But have given in because most guys don’t have anything to start a conversation off. Or they misunderstand the context in which you speak

I'd wait to see if they initiated messaging. I'd reply if it was more than a lame opener. I'd be giving full paragraphs and thoughts. I'd then ask why they had nothing written, as it didn't give opportunity for women to communicate with them. They'd immediately unmatch with me. There's the answer: don't bother with them. :)
Such good advice Kev! I have boundaries where I need to do a video chat on the app or at least speak with that person before I meet them! It's been the best way to see if somebody is genuine, if there is attraction/chemistry.. I said that to a guy the other day and he deleted me straight away so i saved myself so much time! the trash took itself out 😂 the my question is what happens if you're sending paragraphs to each other and then all the sudden it goes cold?

Even guys that say they know what they want - I just wish guys would be genuine and not say what they believe we want to hear. Great video, thanks Kevin! What about when a man takes a day or two to reply back? I get really annoyed by that and feel it’s really rude. We are all busy with work and all, so I understand not being able to respond right away and it may take a few hours or end of day, but a day or longer seems low effort and low interest, am I being unreasonable? My dating age range is 35-45, so I expect a little more maturity.
Sort of off topic. But I met some cool people on IG during the lockdown. Both men and women. Many of them are from the roller skate community though. 😊 It was a new process for me, but fun.we still talk today. I call them my online pen pals. Lol
One problem I'm having is that most of the people who message me aren't even living in my country. I'd only consider a long term relationship if I saw yhe guy in person first. I even added this to my profile and still had someone ouyside my country message me, obviously not reading my profile.

Only kids play at relationships via ldr....which is ok. If you're very young. Good practice. In reality a real adult relationships doesn't work long distance unless there is a definite plan for them to move close together within a reasonable time frame.

Crazy for sure.. No! Just the right attitude. U don't know the guy and possibly you wont know him.. Not after 200 msgs, not after actually meeting him. Dont succumb to anyone's rush.

Is this guy a player or is he genuine he seems kind decent thoughtful and a gentleman, my husband is desperate he doesn’t want me to divorce him this Manager has physio on Thursdays, he has Monday and Tuesday off today is Tuesday. I'm working on the nature that men that know what they want, will go after it. For me it got to the stage long ago, that if I have a rare match, I wait for the guy to initiate the messaging. If they don't, I take it that they are not interested. I have it written in my profile that if the guy doesn't message first, I will delete him. Which I do, if they haven't taken the initiative within a few days. I am a confident, attractive woman. When I used to reach out and message first, exactly as you've advised, by mentioning their photos and something in their profile, it was a waste of time, as they'd mostly immediately unmatch me without replying, or give one word answers! I only select guys that have photos that are clear and they have taken the time to look presentable, and have written something about themselves and their life. I ignore profiles if the guys can't be bothered to write anything about themselves. They are the ones I found that a) wouldn't message first b) if I reached out first, they just unmatched straight away. I'm still seeking, and disheartened. I’ve been emailing a Manager from a hotel I visited last December, this guy hit on me when I was handing in my keys. He came from nowhere literally in my face he rushed to the end of reception and gave me his card saying he would give me a discount in Spring so I’ve booked to go in a couple of weeks. He asked for my email by text, but his email comes from his computer at his hotel his mobile network can’t receive signals again work related. My soon to be ex husband showed me the same card but he didn’t get a discount. I texted this Manager and told him I knew about the card I just want the truth my husband said he wants to get in my pants I haven’t heard from this Manager since I asked him what he was really after and that was 6days ago now I’m worried he’s hiding something help me please!!
