      My mom just sent me this story. The cop adopted him & I always say their is nothing I would rather see w/ a child than a dog. This boy was sleeping w/ a huge great Dane on top of him. I don't believe in the death penalty in an advanced & civilized country. Unfortunately we are not that. Anyone that hurts a child should be killed!

      @@colleentownsend5101 sad part about it is that the prison is filled with creeps like him so it’s not like anyone honorable is gonna be a stand up guy about his crime when they’re all mostly heinous criminals of some sort. It’s not like back in the days. He’ll flock together with the same species of bird once he gets his nest and it’ll be business as usual. We’re under the misconception that he’ll get his once he gets his time but it’s possible nothing will happen if he falls in line unless the victim family members and friends have associates to serve him some street justice whiles he’s there. There are pedos that have never been touched in prison because their rep was so strong in the streets. So we can’t get our hopes up.

      @@el-angel-1337 what I’m curious about is... how do the inmates know? If I had molested children in the US, I would never tell anyone in prison. Does the guard announce everything? Of the data we have which is obviously under reported, women like this on average try to leave SEVEN times before they are either successful or murdered. The highest likelihood for being murdered is when you are trying to leave or you have left them. This case fits that mold. She had left him but he manipulated her into helping him out. It’s called Hoovering & is part of narcissistic abuse. He very likely would have done something similar even if she hadn’t let him stay there. Coercive control & narcissistic abuse are the deadliest. The laws protect the perpetrators far more than the victims, until the inevitable most of the time.

    @HeyLady. 2 роки тому +31

    I agree with the judge, I thought the same thing, his decision to represent himself is ultimately what saved him, I think. I don’t think that’s how he intended it to go, I think, in his delusional mind, he honestly thought he’d be able to sell his bullshit story to the jury and lie his way back to freedom. But instead, he sold himself, the person, that the jury felt they’d gotten to know over the past 2 weeks and I think there’s something about him they found likable and that’s why they spared him. It’s weird, in a way, even now, it’s hard to imagine this is the same man who did something so monstrous, so horrific because in the courtroom, he never seemed scary in that way. Ridiculous and grandiose, yes, but his ridiculous sideshow is part of what makes you forget the details, I think. Even in the media, he’s not remembered for what he did, he’s remembered as that ridiculous guy who actually thought he could perform his way back to freedom. People forget all the horror. And there was a lot of it. A lot.
    Somewhere along the way, something obviously went very, very wrong.
    I didn’t watch the whole trial, just little clips here and there, but he doesn’t seem haunted or traumatized, from what I can see. Which is weird, you’d think you would be, having killed and maimed people so close to you, in such an up close and personal way. I watch for that, signs of trauma, hauntedness. I don’t see it with him.
    I think, deep down, he knows what he did, but I think he lies to everyone about it, including himself.
    That’s all I got for now.

    • @a31142257
      @a31142257 Рік тому

      He knows well what he did. He just doesn't want to accept it himself and in this video at the end he somewhat does assume his consequences in his heart. (If he has one). Otherwise his mind. I'm pretty sure he's not traumatized, not at least in this video. But definitely starting to show early signs of feeling haunted in his own head. Specially when he's told the life sentences. There you can see how he sort of realizes the magnitude of his actions. Long story short, I think he's mentally ill but had a lot of emotions and feelings. It's just he could not feel nor meditate shit since he's got a lot of adrenaline running thru his blood still. The real pain and suffering comes as soon as he's left alone for a moment. To me he will 1000% regret it and want to go back in time to undo what he did but yeah, it's too late whatever he does or thinks. At this point, he just accepted there's nothing but pain on his way.

      In america espesh florida u never ever get the death penalty even if you are sentenced to it because of the amount of appeals so he could of got it cause he would of been locked up 23 hrs a day in a tiny box, when ur in gen pop u have more freedom.
