My little 15-year old girl asks politely for food whenever she wants it, including an early breakfast at 4.30am. She’s the sweetest ever and I do whatever it takes to give her the best life possible. In return…she gives me nothing but love, joy and beautiful companionship. 🐈🇦🇺

I feel like you and Lisa Eldridge are such kindred spirits. Lisa shows her cats on her channel all the time (Ted Talks, right?!), plus the knowledge of art theory and color, and the amazing makeup knowledge and technique skills that you both have ♥
A tip I picked up while working in animal hospitals is to make my hand damp with a bit of water to get fur off of delicate fabrics! Works wonderfully on my fuzzy clothes - might be good for the doughnut
Plus, they love the hair on things and love the scratchers even more when they're torn up. I think it retains their smells and gives them ownership.

I feed my cat several times a day too!!! I planned it so he eats at the same times as we do and does so in the table with us. He has his own chair, tray, bowls and fork (tho we are the ones that use it to mash his food XD). He is very happy being included in our principal meals and is usually the first one to be waiting by the table ^^

I feed my cat 3 times a day, too. I only give her a little wet food each time, because the number of wet food feedings is more important to her than the volume.
I do the same! They never beg. They’re just happy eating multiple times a day.
Wait, is there an issue with feeding them 3 times a day??? Mine has had the same schedule (3x/day) since I got her when she was 4 months old. I also give mine small portions because she doesn’t eat that much.
Love kitties. Had my last cat for 20 years. Longer than I had my daughters living at home. She was the queen of the neighborhood 🫶

I have 4 cats all rescues ranging from 6 to 21 years old. The automatic litter box is a lifesaver for me and I don’t know how I did it without. I bought a bougie all wood cat tower and for the past 3 years they barely use it, it’s literally a decoration in my living room now lol Love random cat videos and your earrings

I have two cats. One is blind and not super active because of it and got pretty fat so he’s on a diet. I got him an automatic dry food feeder that releases a little food three times a day. Plus it forces him it get off his spot when I’m not home.
The other one I can trust to free feed and he has dry food on top of the fridge where the blind one can’t get it. They also get wet food for dinner. It’s not an ideal system, but the fat one is less fat so it’s working.

Love Pretty Litter! No smell and it lasts forever. I bought it originally because their foster used it so I wanted to keep things the same to make the my new house easy, and I love it. Worth the extra cost.
I have four cats and a dog. All of them are seriously so spoiled. Sadly the pretty litter didn’t work for us; I think if we only had one or two cats it would work better. Also we just had to replace the sisal on the cat tree with like a kind of carpet material from Amazon. We’ll probably need a new cat tree in a year or two. 😂😂 We’ve had it for a long while. Thanks Alex for the kitty content!!!!! It’s very helpful.
LOVE CATS 🐈 😻 I have two. I rescued both. The first was a feral cat. Story short, she is the most loving of the two and I have to rock her like a baby at night. The second wasn't feral, just lost and all she wants is food🤷♀️

Don't feel bad, my cat eats 5 to 10 times a day (I work from home, so she can). She was a stray and has problems with fast eating and vomiting. Everything is fine with her (been at the vet multiple times), she just eats that way. What ever works for your pet is FINE. Btw your cats are BEAUTIFUL! ❤

Girl, our cats got fed 4 times a day, we just got told to cut back and so we totally get it. They turn into a demon "feed me now" and we get it. I also use wellness they LOVE it

Your cats are beautiful! My daughter and I have three between us. I bought the SmartCat Ultimate Scratching Post in January of 2021, and it looks brand new. I was lucky enough to get another for free on a neighborhood Facebook site. No judgement on three meals a day. Ours have two small meals and two snacks. Jax has no teeth and he's a vacuum cleaner. He will 'buffet' his way through everyone's food, even though he shouldn't eat it. We can't leave kibble out for that reason.

I have 2 Modkat litter boxes like that too. They're great. The liners are kind of pricey but worth it.
For some reason my cat Tiger (almost 17 yr-old ginger tabby) HATES wet food! I feed him three times a day too. Thankfully he lovessss water so don't have to worry about dehydration. He KNOWS how to find water.. tub...christmas tree water--anyways 😂

I have an F3 Bengal named General Toot, and when he goes in the litterbox, he scratches and tosses litter so much it sounds like he's in there mining for diamonds.
All four of mine do the same thing. We hear it from the other end of the house. 😂

My cats hated Smalls. They're 14 & 15 & I wanted to give them a healthier option. They would not eat it. I agree that the formula was very dry.

Oh my gosh, my two cats are very similar to yours! Most people have black or all gray or orange tabbies. I have a gray tigery one and a tortoise shell. They are sisters and I love them so! I just find it interesting. Not sure why. I actually feel a little silly for my excitement. But, Ill post it anyway. Cat stuff.

my kitten loves her cactus scratcher too! she has a carrot one as well. it has tiny springs of carrots on the bottom that she likes to fight, then scratch.
I appreciate the tips! I was adopted by a cat who showed up at my door so I'm still learning. The back of the Kong Zoom Groom is amazing for removing cat hair from surfaces like upholstery and rugs. Her groomer told gave me that tip and I was like cool, thanks, but I tried it out this weekend and it works 10x better than my Dyson.
