Hii Ruchi I made this dish. I used fenugreek leaves instead of spinach and it turned out so yummy...my husband loved it...thank you for such easy yet delicious recipe..!!!

+Padmaja Mohan yes I prefer the fenugreek as well toasted with the cumin .. removed ,, and then added just before the cream/cashew cream… I like potato instead of cornflour.. everyone has their own perfect kofta though… thanks UA-cam for teaching me how to cook Indian food at home..!!!
My kids have issue with cashew nuts and the kashmiri chilli , so what are the substitutes? Pl guide. I have loved this video and would like to use this channel for my future kitchen endeavors!
Joy K I am new in cooking but i am thinking of trying it with almond or peanuts. I don't eat chilies so I won't put, maybe you can put bellpepper? and for the chilly powder I'll just substitute with paprika for the color and well paprika is still a cousin or something of chilli :). Note that i have not test it yet this is just my opinion to help you :)

Recently turned on to Indian food. Can't see myself cooking it myself since it seems you need a fully stocked spice cabinet to make anything. Thank goodness the Indian place in town is one of the only places that deliver. Can't wait to try everything on their menu.

I love your Recepies. I'm allergic to dairy and I have switched to Tofu instead Paneer and it came out really tasty!
What did you use instead of the curd to thicken the curry?
