How To Turn a Shirt Into a PONCHO / CAPE

- This is a DIY upcycling video where we take an inexpensive thrifted flannel shirt and add a fun stripe tablecloth to create a flared poncho shape. Keep in mind, this is a technique where you can use any type of top, i.e. sweatshirt, sweater, jacket or graphic t-shirt and create limitless design aesthetics. We will also embellish this cape with patches, dyed lace and a fun dimensional flower vine made with scrap denim. I have lots of fun tutorials on this channel for you to enjoy. Lots of viewers are creating upcycled fashion and selling their items. Some are pulling items from their own closets and creating a one of a kind dream wardrobe. Enjoy!
