Oh good. We don't need a lot of time it's just doing it consistent and making sure to add enough resistance to challenge your body so it WILL change. Have you tried the Triceps + Thighs? Soo good for the back of arms. Congrats on your baby. Being a mom is so rewarding and challenging.💕

2-3 times a week is good! You heavy enough weight to challenge those arms. 💪🧡
