    This is awesome and my arms are feeling good! I like these short videos also because if there is ever a PiYo that I do that I feel like I could keep going afterwards I just put on a short 10 minute workout to finish it out. You are amazing and thank you for consistently putting put workout videos!

    Thank you. This is perfect!! I wanted a quickie arm workout as they just don't look the same and I've had trouble toning again since giving birth 9 months ago.

      Oh good. We don't need a lot of time it's just doing it consistent and making sure to add enough resistance to challenge your body so it WILL change. Have you tried the Triceps + Thighs? Soo good for the back of arms. Congrats on your baby. Being a mom is so rewarding and challenging.💕

      2-3 times a week is good! You heavy enough weight to challenge those arms. 💪🧡
