I realize this is an old video but man am I grateful to have finally found a step by step simple to understand tutorial for this thing.
There is nothing initially intuitive about this unit but after this video I was at least able to plan a route / fly direct to. Thank you!

Thank you, Jason. Your videos are great! They are easy to understand. I watched several of your videos so far as I am just getting started with xplane and flight sim.
I have a question. In one video, you showed an FMC using the B737. In another one, you showed the use of the G530. You said there are 3 parts: one is the MFD and another that seems to have an FMC function. True? So, I wouldn't need to have a separate display for an FMC in the C172, right? Thanks
