    I have extreme anxiety & depression. I have been taking Neuralli for three weeks and I can definitely tell a huge difference in my anxiety and depression levels. I have noticed a remarkable improvement in both. I will be purchasing this for as long as I possibly can. Yes, it is pricey, but when you consider the huge improvement in your quality of life, it is so well worth it!

    In Europe there is another laboratory distributing this Lactobacillus PS128 strain. NEURAXBIOTIC SPECTRUM is the commercial brand.

      Try Garden of Life's Ultra Probiotic capsule. You can mix it in with chocolate icecream. Others have had success with this product on their autistic child. But if you have the money then give Neutralli a try. I don't know what's in there. She said it but I forgot.

    Wasn't L. Reuteri also mentioned for autistic kids? I also read of someone mentioning that coagulans being helpful for their kid. I wonder if adults also benefit. And why are VSL 3 and Visbiome suing each other?

    Yes I’m taking it for my anxiety issues. On day 4. So far so good. Seems to help with my sleep too. I’d like a more healthy alternative than prescription drugs that treat my ADHD and anxiety.
    I’ll let you know in the next couple months how I’m doing.
    My boss is also taking it. He has only had positive results from it. It helps with his stress level and seems to keep him calm and in a good mood.
    No issues / side effect so far :)

      @ImmortalwingsTVhi there. sorry for delay it didnt work for me. I saw no change. I have AdHd and to be honest what has helped is hormone replacement therapy for me..
      update for my dad who has damenta it seemed to really help him. he is still taking it he is 74 yrs old I g to some for my mom she is also 74 and seems to have anxity or shake a lot when she is upset.. really can't explain that. its uncontrollable like I hav e told her about it. but she doesn't seem to be aware of it. ANYWAYS the medication seems to be helping her as well. they both take two pills a day.
      I do not believe this helps with ADHD but we are all different. I do believe it works for motor issues and maybe memory still doing my own observation on that. hope this helps

    You mentioned improvements with autonomy. My kiddo was diagnosed with autism and Pathological Demand Avoidance which is a severe reaction to when their autonomy is in question. Is this improvement for something like this? And when I went to check into ordering it says it’s for 18 yrs old and up.

    I bought a bottle for my husband for his anxiety. I immediately made yogurt using the pill as the starter. However, one time, I made too much, so, I brought 4 cups worth of PS128 yogurt. For 2 days, I shared my yogurt to my co-worker, who has a bad case of ADHD. On the 3rd day, she texted me saying that she felt noticeably calmer. Yeah, I think this stuff works.

    In case of gut dysbiosis. Is it best to Marry anti fungal with probiotics ( given same time) or anti fungal first or vice versa?

    • @navigatingawetism
      @navigatingawetism  23 дні тому

      Thanks for your question! It's important to test first to determine exactly what's causing the gut dysbiosis. If fungal overgrowth is present, antifungals can help address it and the test will help guide if a prescription antifungal is needed or if supplements are strong enough. However probiotics play a crucial role in restoring healthy gut flora. While some protocols use antifungals and probiotics together, many experts recommend starting with antifungals to clear out the overgrowth, then adding probiotics - I would actually have to know more about your child before answering any more specifics.

      I don't know enough about the specifics of what you are doing to comment about your son so let me speak generally.
      Typically probiotics and rebuilding the gut microbiota come before any heavy metal detox. Heavy metal detox is typically one of the latter focuses unless the levels are very high.

    • @mojjt
      @mojjt 11 місяців тому +2

      I don't think it will work. You can get L.plantarum from sauerkraut. L.plantarum works in the last phase of cabbage fermentation when the other lactic acid bacteria already set up the optimal pH for growth of L. plantarum.
      Even L.Reuteri that some doctors experiment with to make yogurt doesn't work the way it is presented. Those are strains that typicaly don't make yogurt.
      I don't understand why this probiotic is sooo expensive in the US when the same strain PS 128 is available here in Europe for less than 30 US$.

    Everything marketed for autism has a hyped up price.

    • @navigatingawetism
      @navigatingawetism  3 місяці тому

      Autism is expensive, for sure, that's why it's so important to find value. When one identifies what is needed, implements it, it works, and the child progresses....the money seems irrelevant. The trick is to identify what is needed though!
