when we started repeating the phrases, I immediately burst out crying! I've been feeling so much anxiety and overwhelmed lately, that I think that cry was a much needed release. Thank you!!
I feel like this saved my life tonight. I was so overwhelmed and stressed after a hard long day at work. I cried 2 min into this and it helped release the weight I was feeling. Meditation is medicine for me.

man, I’ve been extremely overwhelmed and depressed lately where I almost feel apathy toward things that should make me feel terrible. There have been many times where I want to cry but just can’t no matter how hard I try. When you got me repeating to allow myself to let go, it felt like I pulled a cork out of the drain and I felt my emotions erupt out of me. I’ve been just getting into meditating semi regularly recently and this one really flipped a switch in my brain in that moment where I could finally feel my anguish and accept it and I cried much harder than I have in many years. Thanks so much.

As you will know from my previous comments to some of your other vids, I have significantly benefitted from your meditations since discovering them shortly after my diagnosis with MS in 2015. One of the worst symptoms, the one that is the leading cause of people with ms giving up work apparently, is fatigue. Wish I could clearly articulate what this is like, as it’s not mere tiredness, being caused, as it is, by the damage done to the brain, alongside inflammation.
Despite everything you do and tell yourself, the low feelings, the sense of being overwhelmed is impossible to keep at bay when you’re in the grip of full on fatigue! This has been my day today and I’d anticipated falling into bed in a stressed out state. How great therefore that you provided this mindfulness today.
One word comes to mind - exquisite! The melding of your voice, the music, the affirmations - the words you use - hit the sweet spot!
I’ll be heading to bed feeling less burdened and overwhelmed - thanks as always. N

I’ve been trying to find this guys meditations, because they helped me during a really dark time years ago, but I couldn’t remember anything to help me find them. Tonight was a tough night (I have bipolar with psychosis but it’s been a long time since a bad episode) and all my therapy coping skills that I could manage to do helped a bit but then I found this! I cried when I heard that voice. I feel so alone, but I’m still doing better and even if no one else in my family recognizes my progress (it’s all inner work so I guess I understand) I now have these to come to. Thank you ❤

Thank you this helped me so much earlier today. I was able to drift into a peaceful rest at lunchtime and then go back to work refreshed. I was so overwhelmed before and simply searched YT for a meditation for overwhelm. I was lucky to find you almost straight away.
