I have to say, I really idolize sonny, from first to last was one of my favorite bands partly because of his amazing vocals. And I don't like everything he's done as skrillix but I still have mad respect for the guy for his art.

Skrillex was the vanguard of dubstep’s expansion into the United States, and for many he’s still the face of the massively popular “brostep” style that took off there. The fact is that millions would have no knowledge of the UK sound or artists if it weren’t for Skrillex and the popularity of brostep. One can recognize Skrillex’s influence without erasing the culture of UK dance music.
