We're going to try a CPU reball LIVE on UA-cam, even though I haven't mastered it yet. So I may succeed or I may fail. Join me in my struggle!
I've only had 1 successful CPU reball before on an iPad 7, so let's see if I get it this time.
This will be a long video, but it will be the full process & hopefully I don't mess it up.

the guy put 400° degrees to remove a CPU whose factory solder melts at 208°, he fried the cpu, that's why everything was shorted, it's impressive to see that you liked it.😎

Thanks!! I still like to use a little flux so I know if I'm frying the cpu, the flux will smoke b4 the cpu melts lol, saved my butt last time. Haven't mastered cpu reballs yet but I'm almost there.

I try to reball A11 CPU and After clean the CPU some pads are missing or broken 😅😅😅.

Have you used the newish refox board view program? If so what are the issues vs zxw? I'm curious because refox is much easier to set up an account and pay for.. zxw was such a hoop jump..
As far as suggestions for CPU reballing, perhaps a slight larger diameter nozel...and you mentioned it as I'm typing... So nvm.
Does your heat gun go to 450 because that’s the sweet spot for cpu

How do you make zxw green? I have it from default (black)
You can go into the settings at the top menu bar and adjust the colors manually

uhh.. they don't sell them & it's not really replaceable.
But bootloop issues can be . U2 .nand .cpu .ram . Any shorted.. so how to you remove direct cpu ??

Yes you can install any A10 CPU but you'll need new SN data & you lose Touch ID
you overheated the cpu thats why you have that bump in one corner, also you can see from the solderballs coming out next to the caps that the board is getting too hot. Try to be faster with taking off the CPU. the temperature is ok
not to worry, this was 2 yrs ago. i can do them now with no problem
I’ve done thousands of cpu and gpu reballs…. On Xbox 360 and ps3 lol

It's a known fault for CPU to need a reball.
