Nice car! I love 70' 80' 90' 00' cars and some of 10' because they had soul, they were absolutely nice looking and overall were designed by humans that had strong passion for cars. Todays' cars are computers they don't have soul, are all automatic when you drive you fall asleep because they are boring. Aniway i am happy that your channel is growing and i noticed that the POV videos you did of old cars like this are more appreciated
4A-FE will last longer than the car, body will rust out before engine dies. I had one with 320.000 km on it, went through 1 liter of oil every time I fill up with petrol, never had to change the oil since I just kept refilling it lol
@testdrivehero it was 1993 corolla, it had a sticky brake caliber on front, clutch was slipping and it had hole in the floor by the driver seat, sills were rusting out aswell. The engine was still running when it ran out of the yearly inspection, it wouldn't have passed inspection so I junked the car, the engine was still running blue smoke and everything haha
Still a very good car for 25 years and only 194000 kilometres l see a couple of these driving around were l live in Australia and there a plenty of Corollas driving around infact there are a lot of Toyota's driving around Australia
Love your driving and thorough tests, keep it up! Could you try to do one in a Citroën C5? I'm very curious how the hydropneumatic suspension works, also offroad
I have a car like this too, only 1.4 and sedan. Very good car, just a bit narrow. I still use it as a family car and when my son sits behind me, there's barely room for his legs. I'm 180cm tall and my son is 170cm. That's why I'd trade it in for a bigger one, but that would also be a Toyota.

Or you can use it as a second car at home, I'm sure it will work forever with the properly service
I wonder why people think old japanese cars are boring??
They don't know how are them😬
I remember the Corolla WRC version with Carlos Sainz rallying😍
Great memories about this car!
Eg hatch competition
@@mjiii232 and also Pulsar/Almera and Colt🤘🏻
More like EK hatch
