@@lizmuk6315 sorry man! i'm going true some personal issues, but in an week, the next video gonna be as filler video, and one after the upcoming, will be the one with the roof rattle fix!
I would like to know the technique you use to unclip the side liner panel to expose the hydraulic piston. I.E. do I just just pry it down, or push and pry? can you explain in more detail so I dont cause more damage. Thanks!
On my z4 I actually ripped the pin-holding bracket off the liner. Not too many things that I want to add, but one for sure! Try to slide the pry tool to the base of the clip/pin, in that case, you will have less of a chance to break the bracket, Do most of your prying power to the pry bar, and help a little with a hand! There is no magic formula, and it's still a high chance you will break the pin itself If you can get the long metal pry bar and cut the middle like a V shape that should work, same as a special tool for removing the pins, Or just buy one! amzn.to/3smJptY something like that. The only problem is they have a bend at the end, that's why I said making your own might be a good idea. Good luck!
Can you tell me how to remove the headliner from the center roof shell (2016 bmw 428i e93 roof) I saw your removal of the front (Excellent) however I need to get at the rear module hydraulic cylinder left side. Please help! Thanks!!

Do you happen to have a video for a 2012 bmw 328i how to drop a headliner it’s convertible hardtop ?
I do, just search it on the channel, the m3 is exactly the same way.
