Not enough facts in this case and she beleived that she was not guilty. Why did she get tougher sentence for standing up to what she beleived in? Where is freedom of speech? Justice system is broken thanks to the right wing politicians and supporters who are part of the system.

That deal for 15 years is looking pretty good right now considering she already has fours time served awaiting. With good behavior time should could be out in less than another five years. But now, with a second degree murder conviction, she could get as much as life with parole after 25. But she's too smart to listen. Went through either separate attorneys and still ended up exactly where she started....an absolutely unwinnable case!

I am not familiar to this case, so I have a few questions...1) How could she have PUT HIM in the suitcase herself, while he was healthy and able? 2) I understood a blurb on here that he abused her? (Abuse causes us to view things differently if it is long time, or very harsh). 3) Why were adults playing hide and seek?

She really tried to use the ever-infamous, "oh, I was drunk and didn't know what I was doing" defense for murdering that guy? Maybe she should never get drunk if it makes her morals sink so low to laugh at the guy while he begs for his life.
