He certainly didn’t deserve that horrible death or his awful family ! He perhaps wasn’t perfect (but who is ??!) but he worked so hard and gave ALL of them a really comfortable life ! I hope none of them rest easy now.

@apollonia-ava true, i agree 👍
Bethany the juror thank-you so much for your service. I liked the way she and her peers analysed and synthesized evidence, by the process of elimination. Great job!

Thank you for being interviewed, Bethany!
Thank you for your service and verdict!
Great juror! Very sensible and astute. 👏👏
Bethany, great job, well done to you and the rest of the jurors! Justice for Gary has been served! RIP Gary
I LOVED her statement about acknowledging her own strength and recognizing as a woman you can do anything you put your mind to. I had the same mindset. We make it happen. My disabled father raised me to use my brain not my back. I personally believe she murdered him at the burn pile but the 300 lb. weight issue was a non-issue for me. Thank you, ma’am for bringing your common sense into the deliberations. Well done, jury!!! Justice for Gary!!! ⚖️❤️⚖️
Who knows she could probably hired someone to help her ??. That is a big property and I am surprised there is no camera footage in the property ??
Motive, Means and Opportunity. Timeline proved she was the only one there to committ crime along with all the evidence, in my opinion.
@@Leslie55555 agree. I am very suspicious that she called Scott with excuse of run away horses that were not runaway. To have him on the premises.
@ 100%!!! She probably let the horses out herself as a ruse to have Scott come home and place him there…
How does she know that when they didn't review phone mapping
@@tricianilsson6870Right! Seemed like a setup.
@@karenstepp58they used the digital evidence to rule out others..to do that they had to go by digital evidence for proof of where everyone was... so because of that they didn't need the whole map thing at the end.. because they knew she was the only one at the property and had ruled everyone else out..just like I felt as well critical thinking and common sense shows she was the only one with opportunity means and motive...
Great job Bethany. You are everything one should be in a Juror. You definitely understood the assignmeant. I agree with your decision, you and your fellow jurors got it 💯correct.
Bethany, you are a person of integrity, and the jury deliberated most honourably.
The money and hate were the motive
And no motive is necessary

My respect for the JURY SYSTEM has increased immensely!
Juries have been doing great jobs, with occasional exception.
Common sense prevailed! Thank you Bethany for your thoughtful, intelligent deliberation!
Bravo Bethany!! Well done with this interview and your jury service. You handled everything beautifully and you gave justice to Gary and his family. Hopefully they can start to heal.
This juror is amazing. She’s make so much sense. Unlike some the host in this show that are so call experts.
Great juror! I appreciate her coming on and sharing her experience. I think this jury truly took this seriously and were very cautious and thorough with their decisions. Justice was served!

Thank you, Bethany, for the verdict, service and for coming into the light and sharing what the jury went through during deliberation. Very much appreciated ⚖️🙏⭐️👏
Intelligent Juror and well spoken. Thanks for your service.
Thank you jurors 🙏🙏🙏
I agree with Bethany!! Thank you, Bethany!!❤
She was smart and the kind of person you hope gets on a jury.
I'm thinking she shot him inside and then forced him to get close to that burn pile. Also talking about the weight difference, when I was a teenager I was in car accident with my dad. He weighed 2x more than me but I pulled him out of the car from across his side, out through my door and away from the car. You don't know the strength you have until you need it
He was alive when she burned him?
Except there wasn't blood ANYWHERE inside. 2 drops from someone being shot isn't reasonable.
Thats exactly what i am thinking, she probably even doze him with something that he wud have no enough strength but to obey her where she wud lead him.
I don't know about that. I'm thinking she got him out there then he died close enough to it @@sandyflowers9201
@@corineskipper1919 Remember she went to Walmart the next day and spent $400 on cleaning supplies to clean everything up and wine to celebrate his death!
I'm glad she mentioned the point I've been harping on: if she didn't do it herself she would have known something. She was there during the timeline.
I didn’t watch the whole trial. I trust jury got it right, but was wondering how did they know the son wasn’t home the entire time as well?

Exactly! She didn’t see or hear a mystery person shooting, transporting, burning Gary’s body and then going back into her house and cleaning?! And the person just hung out on her property burning him? Ridiculous.
@@herroyalhighness5634 He was alibied out I believe.
Just in my opinion, I think that the jury got it right from watching the trial. I do think that 'ol Rusty had something to do with it, but we will never know. This juror is so well spoken.
I agree about Rusty having something to do with it.
I think Rusty knows all. They talked so much that night. He might not have helped in person, but I think he definitely helped her over the phone, with how to do it and cover it up. He tried to save his behind and looks like he did.
Well, at least he told about what she said about "He's on the burn pile" in the first place! That really did help get justice for Gary! Along with the recording of her telling Rusty he needed to stop talking & that he was going to single-handedly hang her!
It's so great to hear that the jurors took their responsibilities very seriously.

@ Melody chose to murder not God, but God stepped in the word says I will not put on you more then you can bear. God welcomed him at the gates lifted him up to his feet, and said welcome home child you are safe🦅
And she said in a recording to her lover that the body shouldn’t had been burned that much. How would she know that unless she was involved.
I think she was a solid juror. I don’t envy any of them.
The fact Melody said he’s on the burn pile before he was found shows guilt. Rusty asked her if she cleaned up she said there’s nothing there. They said we have to be on same page. Huh if you did nothing truth prevails.
Thank you for this interview
Oh yay! Juror thank you
Imagine swopping that kind of life, for one behind bars!
@K10jak could you imagine how she must of felt the minute those doors locked behind her and she's wearing that turtle suit and realising what she has done. It must be a sickening feeling when it hits her why why would she have done something so awful when she had such a lovely life. Greed and thinking she's smarter than the cops. Stupid stupid woman threw it all away
Thank you for your service!!!
Common sense juror nailed it!!
Thank you for doing this interview!!! Great job and service!!!
Jury finally got it right ❣️
Phone records show the 2:30am call between Rusty and Melody where Rusty says Melody said "he is on the burn pile". When Rusty changed his story to saying that she actually told him that weeks later, there is no record of a 2:30am phone call between Rusty and Melody weeks later.
He was so explicit …last call and the last minute of that call and she repeated it. Rusty lost his integrity sucking up to her.
@@candykane4271Will never understand why he’s not charged for not reporting it immediately. “Don’t say another thing - I don’t need to know”. Too late.
Yet he wasn't on the burn pile for at least 12 hours, being 1pm or later on the 4th, according to a state witness. 12 hours is a huge discrepancy
There is ENOUGH evidence submitted by the prosecution to eliminate any appeals .
@powerlunch7794 Appeals are a legal right for any defendant convicted of a serious crime such as murder. I think you meant to say that any appeals will be unsuccessful.
Only “new” evidence may be submitted in consideration for an appeal, good job prosecution!
@@powerlunch7794 Sorry, but appeals are for anything the defense claims was not legally handled correctly by the judge or the prosecution during trial. If the judge made a wrong legal decision and it is significant enough according to the appeals court, a new trial may be ordered. I don't believe that will happen in this case.

Awesome interview thank you so much. I did want to hear from any of the jurors who are willing to talk. They did an amazing job. Sounds like they looked at the evidence the timelines and discussed everything thoroughly to come to their decision. Great job.
Bless her heart 🖤 she tried sooooooo hard to frame her son.. all that dedication. ..
He son committed a crime and framed her!
@@maluribeiro68how do you know that
@@maluribeiro68you should watch the entire trial on Law and Crime, not snippets from Court TV with "experts" comments. Only Melody could've done it, wanted Gary to die a gruesome death, lied over and over again, told others not to talk to investigators.
Most definitely Gary was wounded in the house but either he managed to get outdoors and she chased him or she forced him to walk outdoors at gunpoint - then shooting him again.
Im glad the jurors didnot get manipulated by Melody's lies.
Thank you jurors for bringing justice for Mr. Farris; he may now Rest in Peace 🙏💙
Agree with your theory
To me, this was cut and dry from the beginning.
In the end, she got what she deserved, and there was finally justice for Gary.
Hopefully in time, his kids can begin to heal as well.
Thank you jurors!
I like this juror, she has common sense and thinks in a logical way.
Her insight brings so much understanding. They did an amazing job
She lured him to that pile. She probably had him put everything in and light it. She didn’t drag him. He walked there with her.
This is what I think also.
But there was his blood on tractor and in house dripping! I think he ran outside after shot twice! And died outside like this juror thought!
I like this juror! She had the same thoughts about this case I did! They came to the correct verdict!

Great juror! Very wise, articulate and intelligent!
This jury worked very hard and came to the only right conclusion there was. Melody is beyond guilty and I'm glad the jury took the time to go through the evidence and send her away where she belongs. Justice for Gary Wayne Farris!!!!
It all made sense to me listening to her. She said the place was a lot steeper in person so its not impossible for melody to just roll her husband. And maybe yeah he stumbled oustide after being shot so it was just easy to roll him or use the tractor to put him in that burn pile. And timeline is really crucial. Scott is not there, or if he was the one who did it, its impossible for her not to notice or hear that shots were fired and someone was burning.
It is possible that Melody had some help, whether physical or emotional, but that help does not change the fact that she is responsible for murder and cover-up.
Thank you 😊
Thank you so much for taking the time to get this right!!! If melody was innocent she would have said that when the verdict was announced.

I’m still trying to understand how a juror or jurors go from not being able to come to a unanimous verdict to two hours later she’s guilty of all 5 charges.
However, I think Rusty put the nail in her coffin with his phone call, saying Melody told him, “Gary is on the burn pile.”
Exactly my thoughts!!!
