I thought and said all along that Melody shot Gary downstairs, Led him upstairs with the loaded missing gun ....they found blood along the way led him to the burn pile and burned him tragically. I didn't see her Wedding ring on at the verdict hmmm She was cold as ice and didn't stand for the jury. Her phone calls were extremely revealing her guilt setting up with Rusty. In my opinion the Jury got it right!! Gary received Justice!!

@@maluribeiro68 There was no one else but Melody that did it or they would have found someone and had them waiting trial also. The jurors already spent over a month in trial and four days in deliberations, I doubt they rushed out of there and carelessly convicted her. They reviewed the evidence and could have come out hung jury again. That was a lot of time away from their jobs and families and unless you've been in those shoes don't judge. Why don't you listen to the testimonies and go through evidence like they did. There was no one else there. Melody is where she belongs.

How the hell it took the jury 13 hours of deliberations over 3 days is beyond me. Anyway, they came to the correct guilty verdict on all five charges, and that is all that matters. It’s okay for the kids to blame their mother though, right? The defense put on a case, which included facts & evidence. Scott was a suspect for a long time. Ppl put so much confidence in the state’s case against her when Scott was a suspect for a long time, so if they thought he did it but for whatever reason decided not to charge him, how can you trust their case against her?! There was more evidence against Scott!! Her kids that know nothing, other than Scott, defame her character because she cheated (they didn’t know their father did too), she spent $ that was hers too (not Gary’s alone) & she tried to get them to repay loans because she had nothing when everything was froze! They’re spoiled brats! Their bitterness led them to try to get their mother convicted of murder! The only person that had anything to contribute in regards to the actual murder is Scott is because he did it or he planted evidence and/or had the most info from being questioned several times over an extended period of time.
