    This is an older video however its still a good clear comparison. If this is a good product then thats what it is. Thank You !!!

    Just installed Jopos interchangeable grip after watching your video. And this product is as advertised. Really strong lock in. Some may need the tool to disengage and engage inner sleeve into ball. Company is releasing the 1-3/8 slug inner version in June . That will allow us big thumb people to get all the bevel we need.
    Without bashing the competition I will just say this Jopos system is the best interchangeable thumb available hands down. Just Twist it!!
    Thanks for your video . Blessings.

      Facts! 30+ installs later, same thumb, not a single problem.

      I'm looking into this system for my gear - do you really need the tool, or could you make due with a flathead screwdriver?

    saw your post on facebook, made a comment and they responded quickly, wish they had responded a month ago before my son bought the vise kit. I knew they were good and was trying hard to get them. If you think they are good that's more than enough confirmation. Now the hard part of seeing if i want to take the time to re-do all my dads bowling balls that have the turbo's in them, my son will probably stick with vise.

      Love them so far. Try a few on the newer drills then go back if you like them.

    Dude these look much stronger. I was thinking about the other systems but I will wait for the high rev pin smashing testing. This could be a stellar switch... See what I did there lol

    I have never liked switch grips because of all the failures I've seen with them flying out of the ball or getting stuck in the ball return or machinery. These actually look like they've engineered for surplus security. May have to try JoPo out. Looking forward to the Stellar review. #hititharder

      @@hihbowling Nice okay. Plan on switching to JoPo from Vise IT. What is the size of the JoPo slugs? I’ve been using the 1-1/4” Vise IT slugs.

  • @RY-dy3ph
    @RY-dy3ph Рік тому

    The problem with switch grips is over time. The core of the ball swells up, and it's hard to get the insert out even with the tool. Ive seen the IT break off at the bottom nylon sleeve. I've also seen where 2 people bought the Duo and the weight block swells up and the IT thumb inner wont go in all the way. Haven't seen too many JoPo around so time will tell. But it looks like the same issues with switch grips.

      Grip Lock makes a good interchangeable thumb system also but difficult to find a pro shop that uses them. Unfortunately Turbo and Vise have the pro shop market dominated with an inferior product.

      Technically yes but JoPo is a bit deeper. If there's a collar on it you'll have to cut then tops down.
