    Are those knives treated in an antibacterial solution before usage on whatever seafood is being prepared? I see them being wiped off repeatedly but that doesn’t mean it’s being sterized.

      Don’t be fooled by how it looks, only eat wild salmon and stay away from farmed salmon.

    A beautiful fish. Personally what I would of done would of been to free up the ribs first then fillet it in the usual way, it's just one extra action, saves a bit of time (no need for tweezers) reduces the chances of a bone being left and frees up more flesh

    Is this yellow rag a one-time experience ??? It' nice to show this, but where I come from, we've been doing this ever since there was salmon... Nowadays, farmed salmon is quite easily availabe, and cheap, but for my grandmarents, it was quite expensive. It was the real thing, now it is some kind of fast food and it apparently cannot be treated by machines... Sad thing.
