I have to give you props for being the ONLY person I've seen who's gone in-depth on the 3DS Ghostly Adventures demakes, they really are a confusing mess.
Absolutely amazing video, Luna!! It's great to see a comprehensive look at all of these games that doesn't just brush over certain entries because "they're not worth talking about" or whatever. Great work!!
Holy shit. This was a great and thorough video. It's a completionist challenge type video but you've given each game its own treatment and minireview. It's probably the longest I've seen someone talk about Ghostly Adventures 3Ds too lmao. I was about to say something like "Akchtually, you've missed Pac Man World 3 on the DS" but you deserve a break from this cycle of self inflicted torture. Great video, you've killed it once again. (PS: Liked your voice a lot in this! :D)
something you didn't mention about yellow pac-marine that makes the randomization even more wild: it's possible, due to programming oversights, for an extra orange to spawn should the level segments be randomized in a specific way, which causes you to end the level with 6/5 oranges, which is weird but doesn't seem like it should cause any real issues the problem is that if you get all the fruit + the extra orange, you end up with 102% in the level, which since 102% is not equal to 100%, the game does not award you the bonus token for getting 100% in the level, and because 102% is technically better than 100%, you can't just go back in and redo the level with the proper orange count, rendering the token permanently unobtainable ultimately it doesn't matter in the grand scheme, you aren't locked out of any extras with only needing 180/189 to unlock everything, and 100%/189 tokens speedruns do make an exception for yellow pac-marine if this does happen, but it's just one of those oversights that makes you go "what the heck happened here"
Props to you for playing through and 100% completing all the games, and I love all the venting you did for the bad ones like pac n roll and 3ds pac man. Now suffer and 100 percent all the warriors games including hyrule warriors definitive edition 😂
I still have yet to beat Pac-Man World Re-Pac and Ghostly Adventures 1. Also, can you leave a link to that game design guide by the Pac-Man World 1 designer that you mentioned in the World 2 GBA section?
I'm trying to find a channel that makes pacman video's including one particular video that involves pacman getting angry with namco for dropping platforming games and only making mobile games that pander to nostalgia and namco tells him they will make a new legitimate game only to say 'produce another mobile game for worthless pizzaman' as soon as pacman is gone i can't remember what the channel was called if you regonize said description tell me so i can find it
I'm always up for more of that. That said, I do have a second weird gamecube games video that not a lot of people watched. If you haven't, that might hold you over in the meantime.
Yeah... I was one who had 100%ed PMW2 multiple times, once involving a bevy of additional challenges so I could Master its cheevo set on RetroAchievements. Out of the core three, it's definitely the toughest 100% or Mastery... but Pac In Time? I tried that one, and only got past the first level or so before giving up in disgust at its absurdity.

I'm so glad to see you back talking Pac-man again. I'm still waiting for that announcement for Pac-man World Re Pac 2 from Bandi Namco in the future.
Still waiting for that pac man world 2 remake namco...
ugh where is that pac-man animatic channel

35:32 wait you have to fucking WHAT
YOU CAN UPGRADE THEM?!
"Longer than you think"
"It's eternity in there."

That’s dedication right there

It's a book called "Level Up! The Guide to Great Video Game Design" by Scott Rogers
It's definitely worth a read.
This was too spooky 4 me.
I'm trying to find a channel that makes pacman video's including one particular video that involves pacman getting angry with namco for dropping platforming games and only making mobile games that pander to nostalgia and namco tells him they will make a new legitimate game only to say 'produce another mobile game for worthless pizzaman' as soon as pacman is gone i can't remember what the channel was called if you regonize said description tell me so i can find it
That's this channel. The video is called 'What Happened to Pac-Man Platformers?'
you should do more weird gamecube games like an updated version of it perhaps :D
I'm always up for more of that. That said, I do have a second weird gamecube games video that not a lot of people watched. If you haven't, that might hold you over in the meantime.
I am now off to %100 Sonic Riders on the PS2.
Update: I still haven't completed it. As fun as the game is, you will become a serial killer afterwards.
Watching this made me 100% World 2
The time trials in roll and w2 are required for 100%? Never knew that
Oh wait, they give you those crowns, nvm 💀💀💀

18:18 yes u r
NO U
Yes I can vogue that the Pac-Man World trilogy, is honestly one of the easier series, also Pac-Land is the exception, as it’s literally an arcade game
I thought my Pac n Roll copy was broken, since i couldnt time trial first level :)
I love PacMan World 1.
But!
No matter what I do, I can't 100% this game cause of a glitch and I can't beat the Marathon cause of my disk.
