Yes! Timmy D.! 🎵”You down with Timmy D.? Yeahhh, you know me!?”🎵
Nice interview, Johnny G.! Tim is a swell guy and quite the knowledgeable cat. This weekend l make my fourth appearance on his channel. I was on two of his Kansas deep dive episodes and now I’ll be on two of his Sammy Hagar episodes as well.
Tim’s Hagar book, Red On Black, is excellent! Highly recommended to learn about both his pre-Geffen period AND his later period, just like Tim said. A lot of fascinating information contained within his latest tome. Also recommended for hard rock and metal heads? Mr. Durling’s book on Y & T, called Down for the Count.
Happy Holidays to you and your family, John!
Cheers from The Frozen 🥶 Apple. 🍎

PS: I’ll be on Tim’s UA-cam channel, TIM’S VINYL CONFESSIONS, the weekend of 12/28/24 to discuss Sammy Hagar’s 1997 CD 💿 Marching to Mars! Thanks and we hope you enjoy it!

Very good discussion guys, thank you 👍🏻
I have almost wanted to re-listen to that solo Sammy Hagar album of 1987 which I have even on vinyl and "Balance", of course. Maybe I will do 🙂
It would be great if you showed album titles/covers while discussing them. Anyway, it is a nice episode.
Happy New Year to you 🎉🙂

Tim’s Unspooled, Y & T, and Kansas books look fantastic.
