- Lisa Marie Presley has died. The sad news comes after the singer was hospitalized after suffering cardiac arrest. She was 54. The star recently appeared at the 80th Golden Globe Awards where Austin Butler won Best Actor - Motion Picture Drama for his portrayal of her father, Elvis, in the 2022 biopic.

I cannot imagine how Priscilla is feeling having lost Elvis her grandson and now her daughter in such sudden ways and all much too young. I hope her 3 remaining children can get through this additional loss. RIP Lisa Marie with your son, dad and MJ....even your grandparents... All just way too young!

Every time I watch the duets she did with her Dad, it gives me chills, and brings tears. Seeing it now, it’s heartbreaking. But, I know it must feel so warm, loving and peaceful to be in her Dads arms, and embrace her son. Lisa Marie was more then Elvis’ only child, but we lost the most important part of Elvis heart. Lisa Marie did make us feel closer to Elvis. This is just heartbreaking. We love you Lisa Marie. 😰🙏🏻

When I heard this tragic news, I was shocked, saddened and devastated. I thought she would pull through, and hoped so with all my heart. Just saw her kind, honest and generous support toward the Elvis film, Austin Butler and Baz at the Golden Globes. And now, she is surprisingly gone. I remember the moment I heard the news about her father, and now her. Thinking of her family and loved ones. ❤️

I can’t believe this. I was literally quoting her last week on a Michael Jackson video. As the biggest MJ fan, she was the dream. We all lived vicariously through her. She lived only 4 years longer than Michael and died in the same way: cardiac arrest. My heart hurts 😢…

She was used by Michael to most his image, he like Cage were obsessed with her dad he never got the blessing of the family. Shame Michael fans care more about the relationship more than her as a person and who she came from.
