- Lisa Marie Presley died on Jan. 12 at the age of 54 after being hospitalized. Prior to her death, she had spoken out multiple times about the tragic death of her son Benjamin. Benjamin Keough died by suicide in 2020 at the age of 27.

She lost a parent as a child, and now her twins have as well. It’s like a cycle. How tragic. I think she died of a broken heart from her sons passing. That’s every parents worst fear.
I think more than one thing caused it the loss of her son was one nail in the coffin, not being able to have a good marriage going through 4 divorces, financially problems not being able to handle money, esteem issues maybe losing her dad young, and I think she may have gotten the jab and that didn't help either and nipped it in the but either way not everyone can handle life period.

So many of us have watched Lisa Marie throughout the years. She always handled the fame, of being Elvis’ only child, in such a beautiful way. She was always respectful, loving and appreciative. She said that Austin Butler seemed to connect to her fathers soul, and morphed into him. I think that was a gift to her, but also deepened her sorrow. She died of a broken heart. I pray she is in the light and at peace. The world lost someone special and we grieve that loss, but Elvis got to hold his baby girl, and She got to hold her son again. My prayers are with her mother and beautiful children. 🙏🏻😰

lisa marie lived to be 27 years older than her only son Benjamin. and lisa marie lived days after her dad elvis's birthday celebration and days after her son Benjamin's birthday. it also seems elvis set the precedence dying days of the birthday of his mother who with the help of god gave elvis his life. god has poetry. and i am reminded that god is good. and god is good always even if we forget how good god is.

I lost my husband to suicide and Lisa Marie is 100% correct about what it's like with other people and how you need to find support groups of people who have gone through it. And as bad as it was to lose a husband losing a child would be even more devastating.

No parent that has lost a child is ever the same. A deep sadness follows them the rest of they're lives.
I’m so broken up about Lisa Marie! My uncle made saddles for Elvis in Memphis and bred a couple of horses for him and occasionally came into the store.Our family always felt a kindred spirit with the Presley family.I can truly understand her loss and pain in losing her beautiful son. I too have a son, my only child, and at a moment of his life I almost lost him to a devastating car wreck. I couldn’t have gone on if my son had died that day. We aren’t supposed to bury our children. I hope they have reunited up in Heaven and her heart is healed. R.I.P. beautiful Lisa.

I lost a son 8 years ago from an illness. But because I've been meditating for decades, I believe that everyone creates their LIFESPAN consciously or unconsciously. They make their own Arc of Life....and so given that, I found it easier to accept his timing to exit life. I miss him often but did not choose to make his death about my loss, but about his life completion. I also went to grief counseling immediately and the counselor said I only needed about 3 weeks to balance. I am writing this because if someone who has experienced the loss of a child can be guided to think differently, I would be pleased.
So sad for those girls knowing their mother's trauma losing her father so young and then their trauma losing their brother and watching their mom go through it and now them losing her. Priscilla must be going through unimaginable grief. Praying for all of them. Riley has been through so much. Heartbreaking beyond measure. 💔

I feel as though as hard as she fought after the death of her son, it was a journey in her grief that she could no longer endure. Her two younger daughters will have the love and care that has always been a presence in her own life.

Only a parent who has a troubled and suicidal child can understand the ongoing pain, l cannot imagine when that pain and fear becomes reality 🙏
I am so saddened by this tragic event that took our Lisa Marie Presley 😢 I saw her perform in Jackson, MI at the state fair many moons ago. She was very talented/gifted with her writing/storytelling through her music. Sending prayers 🙏🏼 and heartfelt strength to the family. Long time ago, I read article, if a woman dies of a heart attack, she mostly died of a broken heart. I lost my youngest daughter in a car accident. Many days I feel I can't take the longing for her, it is heartbreaking to lose a child. Rest in eternal peace. 💐 💐 💐 💐

Though my heart is broken for Priscilla and for Lisa Marie's girls, it gives me great comfort knowing that she's now with her, "sweet, sweet boy", who was the absolute love of her life. I'm sure that right now, she's simply beaming with joy at being with him again, and Elvis is watching over them both. I'm sending up many prayers that they, and especially our Lord, are looking down on her Mama and daughters, and God is surrounding them with his love, peace, and strength. May He ease their pain.

She was raised in the christian science religion that her mother belonged to, and christian science is not considered mainstream christianity. Google says: "Christian Science is neither Christian nor based on science. Christian Science denies all the core truths of what makes a system “Christian.” ..." The bible says, "You must be born again" in order to go to heaven when you pass away...so while we can hope that happened, so far it doesn't appear as if it did. I hope it did though for her sake.
Question do folks read the Scripture , if they were not saved they are not heaven bound. And no one's their until the resurrection of the just and unjust goodness.

Jesus is the only hope for this world if you read the Bible you will see that every problem you or I have is in it and how to overcome it. But Jesus is the only way to heaven not just that but his love is wonderful! That he gives here on earth but you must seek him!

While we live and there is breath in our bodies, remember this. If we do this, when we are dead HE who is perfect will remember us!
It breaks my heart to hear this, I'm so sorry for the family, I lost half my family in one year, so I know the pain.
She has been in a bad place since her son died but suicide. I can't comprehend her pain. The loss of her is astronomical. This family has been through too much loss. 🙏🌹

It's so sad that she passed away Lisa is a beautiful angel and a really good mom to her kids I know how she feels about her son I have one son he was 17 and he got killed along with my sister 19 her baby 18 months old my dad was 60 years old served in the Army over in Germany all four was murdered by somebody she dated for only 2 months, my sister was a police officer,, and last year my husband died with cancer he was a police officer 37 years so I know how lonely it can be I know what Lisa was going through because I go through the same thing the God be with you and the family at this sad time I pray for the family

I don't believe that there is any way that she could not have known about the genetic link to heart disease in her family. There are treatments available. I have no idea if she chose to pursue them or not, but sometimes people just give up. So sad.
