That supper salad looks absolutely DIVINE! Love that you had the sweet potatoes alongside the salad for some great complex carbs and the peanut butter for healthy fats. So important to get those nutrients in too, and not just rely on the micronutrients from the greens! Great video.
The stems from the beets are called beet greens in maine and we wait impatiently for some at the farmers market.... they're delicate and delicious. Enjoy!! We also have a fern.. Fiddleheads that are so yummy!! The grow on the edges of streams and rivers.
I just had to subscribe, hi new friend here! Thank you so much for these healthy MM recipes makes it SOO much easier on my adhd self. I know your videos will keep me motivated and inspired so bless your heart and thanks for being here 💕😇😭😭
Oh my gosh!! I HAVE to try this beyond awesome oatmeal with NICE CREAM!!!! Wow, I love how you incorporated extra fiber, by adding that shredded zucchini!!!👍👍👍👍 5 stars in my book!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ !
I add about a pound of shredded zucchini with my oats. Lots of volume snd you can’t taste it if you use something to flavor the oats like cinnamon or maple.
An hour of cardio, 25 minutes of yoga, and 212 minutes of activity through day aka 3.5 hours is a lot of activity . I’m surprised you don’t eat more for so much movement
Sugar isn’t the real culprit with diabetes; the culprit is fat. Sugar simply reveals the problem, like a messenger. Take the sugar away-put someone on a high-fat, low-carb diet-and the problem will seem to minimize or even go away. Blood sugar will seem to stabilize. Will it really stabilize? On paper, yes. Internally, no. Eliminating sugars merely hides a sick liver. And if you’re not fixing a sick liver, then you’re not fixing the root of the problem so you won’t be able to prevent a blood sugar condition from worsening down the road. Any natural diet or supplement regimen that seems to show results for diabetics or type 2 diabetics only does so indirectly by taking away the messenger, sugar, and unknowingly helping out the liver with some vegetables, nutrients, and practices like exercise. We should be able to opt for all fruits in our diets, even when we’re diabetic. In the end, it’s these natural sugars that will truly heal and reverse a liver condition so you don’t have type 2 diabetes (or prediabetes, hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia, or insulin resistance) anymore. What the liver really needs is high quality glucose, is what the popular diets of today keep us away from by limiting or eliminating healthy carbohydrates? It’s not possible to completely reverse prediabetes or type 2 diabetes- long term, for good-if the liver doesn’t get to restore its sugar storage bins. The only way to do that is to consume less fat and bring in natural sugars and other healthy carbohydrates-that is, Critical Clean Carbohydrates. Lowering fats means you can allow healthy sugars and carbohydrates back into your diet without causing blood sugar instability and insulin resistance. Instead of limiting yourself to a few slices of apple and a pint of berries, if you’re reducing your fats, you can successfully bring in potatoes, sweet potatoes, winter squash, bananas, and all other fruits. This protects you from the irresistible impulse to binge on a bad carb when glucose reserves get extremely low. When blood fat is low, and when we choose proper, natural sugars, they benefit anyone with any health challenge, diabetics included, in untold ways. 🙏💫💕

Hi there...you can try peeling the zucchini before blending it. This might help to make it not brown lol
Good morning neighbour! Hugs from Montreal.🙏💚
How can you blend the frozen fruits without liquid?
I've seen others add zucchini or cucumber to their oats, I've yet to try it myself

I love the texture it adds 😍 I only do this occasionally though, most of the time I just prefer the oats plain!
Me too! But, with the nice cream on top, I probably won't even taste it!😂
Have to love team vitamix...never miss a chance to let you know they have one lol.
Been on the vacuum blender myself.
I actually use my Ninja food processor more 😁
