With the recently released Goblin line - it was the perfect opportunity for a reskin to be made of the included Aventra unit, which is very similar to the Class 345's used on the Elizabeth line. I take a drive from London Paddington through to Hayes & Harlington and then over the flyover at Airport Junction before joining Train Sim Classic for the final part towards Heathrow Central and Terminal 5 stations. A bit of a compromise in that I used the Class 700 for the very final part - hopefully DTG will release the Aventra for Train Sim Classic and then I can overcome this anomaly - the full Elizabeth Line for Train Sim World would be nice too.
I never understood why this was included in the TSW2 Version

As a OG of TSW and the GWR being the 1st ever TSW DLC I think it’s time for a 2.0 like they done with Long Island Rail Road and add the hearthrow airport branch and few others

It does indeed - you need great western express - the aventra from goblin line and then the reskin from creators club - the last part is train sim classic but that’s partly fictional as no aventra in train sim classic - love to have the whole Elizabeth line

@@broimnex we do have both of these in train sim classic / not quite as good graphically as train sim world - but still pretty good
What route was it that has Heathrow on it?
It's the original Train Sim Classic - originally it was Paddington to Oxford and then they added the Heathrow Branch in - but very old and very undetailed - i've tried to upgrade it slightly - but it still work to make it look really decent - if we get the Aventra for Train Sim Classic, I might have a proper go at it.
I still call it crossrail

@@CraftyUnknown Yes, part of Great Western Express - would love to see this upgraded into having OHLE to Reading (I know they modelled the route whilst it was being done - but they could have future proofed it by adding this in).
@@PowerflowertrainsandplanesAgreed, if they ever upgrade the existing GWE route (which is unlikely) would make sense to include a payware level Heathrow branch and stations. Although licensing etc might be an issue.

where did u get heathrow on train sim classic?
it's a very old route - part of Great Western Main Line - which was basically London Paddington to Oxford (not to be confused with Just Trains Western Lines which includes this too) - then after release the Heathrow Branch was put in, but in a very crude and undetailed version (i've tinkered with it a bit to try and make it slightly better)-as far as I recall there were no scenarios, not even sure if quick drive was included - but it's in - still available as Great Western Main Line at £5.99 - it just depends on how old the version you have as to whether you already have it.

They Look More Like A class 710 Than A Class 345
It is a class 710 - a reskin from the creator’s club - but it’s pretty good
It is an Elizabeth Line skin on a Class 710 Aventra
It most certainly is - other than the formation - i'm no expert on the differences, they certainly look pretty similar.

You’re absolutely right - I mentioned this in my commentary. It’s a scenario from the Creators Club - but worth the compromise with the other services on it - must have a go at starting one from scratch one day
