It does indeed - you need great western express - the aventra from goblin line and then the reskin from creators club - the last part is train sim classic but that’s partly fictional as no aventra in train sim classic - love to have the whole Elizabeth line

Saturday I think - must likely 6pm / have the new sounds for the pendolino now and will probably start with a run with it on the Cathcart circle on a divert - that does happen sometimes

You can do on Train Sim Classic (only for PCs though)

@@grannyspoops key thing firstly is that you own the WCML South Route, which provides you with the Avanti Class 390, which this pack reskins. There is a manual with Major Wales pack, but basically, just copy the files over to your assets folder and then there is a batch file to install - it's quite straightforward (then you need a scenario that uses it, there are a few on Alan Thompson simulatiotion)..

Thanks for watching - it's all stuff that is readily available - Bedford to St Pancras (and I used the Armstrong Powerhouse route enhancement) - the part including Farringdon and Blackfriars from the Steam Workshop and then the Sutton and Mole Valley Line from Alan Thompson Simulation - you can certainly do this with a Class 700 too (I must also do a full Thameslink run from Rainham to Luton at some point too).

@Powerflowertrainsandplanes how do you combine / locate the files I am a newbie as you can guess

@@jasthandi4023 They're done as separate runs and then i've edited it with a video editor - but to begin with, quite good fun in it's own right to do the individual parts - it takes a long time to build your collection - just do it slowly.

It was a scenario on the Creators club - worth taking a look if you haven't - some great content.

Hi - sorry - only just spotted I hadn't replied - it's on Backdated Train Sim and done by the Virtual District train guys - completely free - but in particular you need the Met Line from Just trains and they also have the S8 train - quite testing on your PC - but brilliant purchases in themselves.

I like to hear stories like that as it bring these train sim routes to life - it's particularly exciting I think to have a line local to you brought to life - thanks for watching.

Yes definitely agree - the sounds from the Class 385 are a real disappointment (I don't like the cab view either) - there is a mod on the train sim community web site for the Class 385, but the 380, as you say is so much better.

Thanks for watching - the first part is on Train Sim World 4 (which is on PC or console) and the second on Train Sim Classic (PC only) - as far as Dundee using an old add on from Just Trains - (Scottish East Coast Main line) and then a further downloaded route to get to Montrose (I technically could have got us through to Aberdeen, but most of the part after Montrose is without scenery).

I think it very much isn't and it's part of the pilots skill to show this off - as somebody mentioned below, it's quite "sedate" - the old Army Air Corps team used to show it off in full (the Blue Eagles) - when it used to do it's famous back flip. Still good to see it back in action.

@@Powerflowertrainsandplanes I have hundresds of hours flying rotary craft, the pilot should be more fluid on the stick... Still exceptional skill is displayed.

It's quite good fun to drive an old diesel, in pretty countryside, even at these low speeds.

Always played it on the PC and I can add to it with all the mods, but I know many people will play Train Sim World 4 on their consoles, it's good that you can do both.

Hi - it's actually done using four pieces of DLC, WCML South to Rugby, Trent Valley to Stafford, Stafford to Crewe and then Crewe to Holyhead, all available from Steam for Train Sim Classic, other than Stafford to Crewe which is on Alan Thomson Sim (the Missing Link or WCML Midlands and North West).

I think he has a facebook page - you'd have to ask him - but it might be that there is no quick drives - it's easy enough to swap out the stock for the 507 or 508 using the editor.

Sadly not - it's a very old game, PC only - Train Sim World 4 is for the consoles and there is an ever growing selection of DLC for that.

It's a separate add on, £24.99 at the moment, but there's guaranteed to a sale on at some point.

It most certainly is, was done by the person who built the extension from Bedford to Leicester, I think it is on ATS and the TrainSim Community website.

That's fantastic, enjoy it, train sim can be very frustrating and time consuming sometimes.

Thanks - must do some more on this route at some point (so much to cover!), I think the stutter is just a classic train sim loading in the tile, I think it's where the line to Carstairs loads in, in the main it runs really well.

You need to contact Armstrong Powerhouse - I only drive them - if you're doing quick drive, just make sure it's on an electric route (maybe reinstall if it isn't loading up for you).

It most certainly is - there is such a lot of variations - you start the service from Blackfriars - remembering this is on Steam Workshop, a massive amount of work has gone in from that man Niklas - there are a couple of pieces of DLC needed, but well worth it (and the original routes are worth running in their own right, you can go to Dover and Ramsgate too.

You just start up the same as the 313 or 315, shift and f I think and you should get the AWS ping, set it to forward and release the brakes...slightly odd to drive, but you get used to it.

and also the Backdated Train Sim pack for the Class 507 and 508
