This was one of those moments when I realised that the chance to slow down and chill is something that I've forgotten how to do it. Thankyou. A small catapult glider may be next on the list.
So very thankful for all your videos and your willingness to share. You and others continue to inspire and instruct. Hoping to have something flying soon and maybe go visit a contest to learn more. Please, don't ever stop.
One can see how immediate the power burst is with this.. No dip at all on ROG at 1200 turns.. Really gets off the mark! Lovely plane, as ever. Nice one Tom! 🌟👍
That last one I thought it was going to fly away that was awesome and then the jet airliner in the background they look like they were both flying together that was cool it was nice and really good music thank you
What! That's remarkable how far that Skoakie went! n' Came back? So cool! This is like magic to see these tremendous treasures & hard work someone does to produce these! . . . It's just neat flying too. Seems scale somehow. Slow.
The Jimmie Allen Skokie flight was just amazing and it finshed so well. I went over to Easy built to get one. Thanks Tom. P.S. I just ordered the Sky Raider from George at Volare. Pretty much the same airframe with a 26 inch span.
@@maxfliart I just ordered the Sky Raider from George at Volare. Pretty much the same airframe with a 26 inch span. The short kits allow me better to select wood from my stash for the lightest possible airframe. I have lots of Dave's kits too and many built or waiting to be built.
Well I come here to relax, but this is so action packed, I can't possibly comment in the least intelligently without first taking notes! 🤣PHEW! But for now, I detect a theme here, somewhat.. How does an airframe stack up against oncoming wind (and, part conversely, thermal) in terms of acquisition of lift? What particular characteristics does a model aeroplane need to maximise the potential of the unique conditions of a single period of flight? Hmm🤔.. Lovely music on these, for what MY opinion is worth. Bill R. G.R.N.C.M.❤️
Beautiful day, beautiful airplanes, beautiful music, beautiful video.

Yes, William, Peter is a master at old-time rubber, so I pay attention to everything he does on the field. Schooling me big time.

I always thought a 30" wingspan Pacific Ace would be a great flyer. All of them flew great, thanks Tom.
With Tom, it's not a fair fight really.
That tow ended up lovely and straight, tow hook position change ?
LOL fast and furious rubber technique LOL
Hope you don’t mind but I prefer the gentle and gracious way :)

Spring loaded elevator on the F18? how does it get so high without doing a big loop?
Sorry, F35--I saw your other catapult got really high without looping also
