Which explains why The Head Doctor stopped and started just sitting their. If you couldn't already tell The Head Doctor is some kind of special automatic stand as he has sentience like Spice Girl and GER, Tooru can see and hear what he hears and directly control him if he wants, and Tooru is also capable of using the calamity ability, although he just mostly allows The Head Doctor to do everything but if he ever gets in a tough situation he can just use it himself.

However there's probably an exceptions that it can be damaged, unlike your typical automated stand like 'Doobie Wa' and 'Black Sabbath' that can only be fully destroyed by killing it's users
I think that will have something to do with golden spin bypassing any defense (for example Love Train) by the "power of luck". Also considering that Wonder of U is basically D4C: Love Train and calamities work as some sort of a barrier... Tooru is so dead in like 2 chapters.
If he's mentioning the head doctor while looking at Kira, Kira would probably hear it, so Bites The Dust would kill the supposed person, but WoU would also be in effect, so Kira would likely die in the blast radius, because WoU.
And a major amount of stands is more powerful than Kira's and Diavolo's. Just imagine someone bury Ozon Baby near those two, and should we account Damo for dealing with multiple Sheer Heart Attack with relative ease

I wouldn’t say he’s 100% the second strongest stand, but he’s definitely the strongest _base_ stand. By which I mean, WoU is the strongest stand without any external factors that modify his power and abilities. No requiems, no love trains, no over heavens, just a ludicrously strong stand.

You see the "pursue" part is so broad that it's hard to imagine what really is the definition of pursue to activate the stand's ability. The moment you physically pursue the Head doctor, the moment you think about the head doctor, the moment you see the Head doctor and try to get his attention towards you and etc. That's why it's so busted at times since no one can really tell whether the action you are making count as a pursue or not.

Even if the person doesn't know anything it still counts as a pursue. The pursue part is so broad that it's hard to imagine what actions does one should make in order to not make or act like some sort of pursue.

Araki has pulled from horror movies for Stand abilities before (mostly in Stardust Crusaders, but there’s been a few in other parts as well), so it wouldn’t surprise me if Final Destination inspired Wonder of U’s ability.

The concept of Wonder Of U is actually quite interesting because it embodies a quality that a number of villains seem to possess: That fate favors them and opposes the heroes. Consider how Yoshikage Kira seemed to have incredibly good fortune, or Dio Brando for that matter. Just when it seemed like they might lose before the final act, fate hands them the advantage. Meanwhile the heroes have to regularly fight against bad luck throwing obstacles in their way. Wonder Of U is that concept made manifest, an agent of fate and destiny conspiring against anyone or anything seeking to hinder the villain and unleashing all the obstacles that fate can assemble in the path of the hero. Wonder of U takes a seeming passive ability that villains in Jojo seemed to possess, kicks it up to 11, and turns it into a freakin' superpower. It's like if all of the luck that Diavolo didn't have was instead stored away for later use by this stand. And let's be honest, Diavolo was the absolute unluckiest villain to ever exist in all of Jojo.
Na kars is by and far the most unlucky villain in jojo, the guy had literally fucking won, became the ultimate lifeform and was about to destroy Joseph before he accidently made him hit the red stone which activated a dormant volcano that launched him into the fucking stratosphere, all out of sheer luck

What is strange about this is that Fate does seem to be a conscious being, as an entity. It's been stated that Fate will reward those with good will, and will punish those who go against it. I think Araki said that, but I forgot where he said it. This is probably the reason why Diavolo had such a terrible fate, he actively avoided the fated consequences of his fated actions.
Wonder of U doesn't just cause accidents, it rewrites causality to make SURE you get maimed. Coupled with its own proclivity to vanish and appear wherever the hell it wants, the fact that it has its own agenda that runs with Tooru's own plans, it's easily one of the most terrifying stands in the series, edging out Heaven's Door by just a smidgen.
Wonder of U being fully Sentient is really interesting to me. Honestly what holds it back from turning on Tooru in some way besides the obvious it needs Tooru to survive being a stand and all. A stand using it’s Master as a tool for it’s own goals would honestly be an amazing idea for part 9 I think, if it isn’t the case here.

I don't see it rewriting anything, its theme is using the logic of the world. It would make more sense to exaggerate, bend or abuse what's already there, in fact, raindrops acquire a bullet's penetrative power, not implode the target. Smacking a dude increases the damage normally done and straight up crushes their neck.
Please don't just add powers and concepts if they are not confirmed by the author. That's what happened with Golden Experience Requiem and people actually think it works with "cause, effect and causality" when that's just plain misleading. The only words used to describe GER's powers were about reverting attacks and will to zero, and an attack requires will to be an attack, any other way it would be not an attack, so GER wouldn't reverse it. Don't add "universal powers" or "causality concepts" to it as it does mislead people into thinking GER is actually unbeatable while various characters from JoJo would be able to obliterate Giorno. Don't make Wonder of U end up like that. It just reacts to will and responds with calamity, similar to GER reacting to will and attacks, or Love Train reflecting misfortune.
The thing about power scaling of Wonder of U, and how people compares it with other stands, is that people ALWAYS assumes the situation is perfect for the other stand. Every time, when people say "what about XXX they can beat Wonder of U". And the answer is, NO. Every time people say things about Sheer Heart Attack or Weather report or Ma Yo Yo can beat it, everyone assumes that the user just suddenly knew everything about Wonder of U and how it works, instantly wanting to fight and kill it, and then teleported right in front of it and killed it with one blow. No, it most likely wouldn't. It's simple for a lot of stands to beat Wonder of U in a assumed situation with no context, where everything is perfect for the stand, but it's not. To beat Wonder of U You need to: know the existence of this stand + be curious about it+ find imformations about it and research about its mystery + knowing its true form and ability + wanting to kill it + finding its location + go to that location + fight it. With deadly calamity following you every step of the way, wanting to kill you unrelentingly. That's why Wonder of U is so stupidly strong and overpowered, any other stand, no matter how strong they are, need to be confronted directly in a battle or at least have the user activate it to show its power, but Wonder of U doesn't, it starts to attack you no matter where you are, the moment you start knowing about ITS EXISTENCE. You most likely won't able to know that calamity falls onto you upon presuiting, without being struck by calamity. Which could kill you in the first place. You don't have a perfect situation where you suddenly know everything about the stand, instantly teleported in front of it and start a face to face battle. No, you need to gradually investigate and know its ability to even start thinking about fighting it, and it can already kill you during this process. Maybe even Valentine will step out of the light barrier in this process and got beaten by calamity. That's why Wonder of U is second.

Diavolo has a decent Stand but he kinda has the worst OP Stand in the series given that his ability is atleast somewhat counterable, but also he is cocky and is always stuck in his own delusions.

I'd say that a stand that could take Wonder of U would be Notorious B.I.G., as it's inherent immortality would make it able to withstand any calamity sent it's way.
Wonder of U can make raindrops hit like bullets. Calamity could easily result in Notorious B.I.G. eating itself out of existence or chasing itself endlessly.
No, Wonder of U doesn't need to move to do anything in the first place so Notorious B.I.G. has no reason to pursue it. If somehow, WoU was the only thing moving near B.I.G. and he tried to go after it he would just be damaged until he cannot move. Even if he regenerates, it still allows WoU to just go away and end the fight right here. If you mean winning as in completely destroying your opponent then yes WoU probably cannot do that to B.I.G. Unless the calamity makes it so that he hits a very big object that completely obliterate it in one go.

@@it6647 Fate, Calamities and Time are directly connected in Jojo though, so Stop Time does *wonders* against Wonder of U as we know Wonder of U relies on flow of Fate, and The World STOPS TIME and thus FATE too. This is also why WoU Calamities can't affect everyone simultaneously as it needs to follow the laws of Fate.

Let's not forget. It doesn't need to be a pebble. It can be something as simple as a drop of water from rain or a fountain. Pucci can go from world ruler to a smear of blood across the floor from simply moving through the air
I think what makes WoU so terrifying is that you NEED to have multiple people in order to stand a chance against it. It feels impossible to win against something like this in 1v1.
Well to be fair every villain besides phantom blood dio and kars needed more than one person to beat. Jotaro would’ve never gotten as far as he did without Joseph and kakyoin starting the dio fight. Josuke did beat kira in an out right brawl, but lost to bites the dust, leading to okuyasu, Jotaro, and koichi wombo comboing kira. Diavolo I guess did lose to just one person. And maybe pucci. But jolyne got emporio to safety prior. Also gyro shit on Valentine right before he unleashed love train. Then Johnny handled him
You know how Johnny from Steel Ball Run had his head randomly crushed by a falling rock at the start of Jojolion? And how no other Jojo main protag had gone out like that before, so suddenly? And how Wonder of U's MO *completely matches how Johnny went out* ? And how Tooru *is a rock human and is way older then he seems* ? Plus for comedy Johnny literally died because of a rock. Like just a rock. And for the record, you don't even have to be close to Tooru or his stand to die. You simply have to pursue him in some way. So if you're halfway around the world, decide to pursue him and take a single step? Dead.
I theorize when Johnny brought the corpse to Morioh it probably gave Tooru while he was still in the nest his stand and while Johnny was trying to save his son by running on his horse to activate Tusk he got too close to the nest Tooru was in and WOU perceived him as an active threat so after Johnny was tossed from his horse the rock randomly appeared and crushed him. It makes too much sense really that Tooru and WOU would be responsible for Johnny’s death.

If giorno were to pursue the head doctor with GER, wouldnt that just be an endless cycle of giorno getting hit by something, and then GER just cancelling that
It wouldn’t affect Giorno’s time so he wouldn’t be resetting himself, Wonder of U would be reset as seen in the fight against Diavalo where he was stopped in place while Giorno kept moving

@@Notkaikie GER can only reverse actions, including its own. But he can't attack anyone while his ability is in action. That is, no matter how much you reverse the actions performed by WOY, it will only make them enter a loop and still cannot hit Tooru, which would cause him not to activate his ability (Infinite kills) so technically nobody wins.
GER vs WoU. When an Immovable Object meets an Unstoppable force. GER could Return to Zero all the damage, but would nullifying damage count as a pursuit?
i think in a video that explained that GER controls souls which is why it can revert your actions, taking control of someone’s soul could definitely be seen as an act of pursuit
Does GER transfer damage tho? I think that is an important question considering the fact that Giorno doesn't even know GER's abilities, I doubt he would be the one pursuing. GER would get shredded up, but would that even matter? But if the fight goes on too long and Giorno thinks about finding the stand user to end it, he might just instantly die. TWoU has instantly killed many people before. I think The Wonder of U is weaker overall, but would win the match up a lot of the time.
Since Ger took control of one soul it can be seen as pursuing,however that would result in space time bending to his will,he could just revert every action that wonder of U tried to do and maybe find the user because if it can detected soul aswell
I feel like everyone underestimates Vanilla ice. He’s definitely up there for strongest in the verse. Dude and his stand literally can’t be hurt 90% of the time, can’t be seen 90% of the time, and completely destroy anything it comes in contact with it, plus he himself is also a vampire like Dio, giving him a physical edge on top of everything else. His only weakness is that he can’t see without making himself vulnerable, so he just has to guess where the enemy is.
Though against Wonder of U, They'd probably go under massive harm before they even get the opportunity to enter their stand, and realistically they'd be nowhere near Wonder of U, tracking them down wouldn't be as simple as a straight line, and would totally be bonked as soon as they leave their stand.
And “I Wish U Heaven.” I don’t know if what your referring to is a reference to Prince, that’s pretty reachy imo. He probably just called it Wonder Of U so it can be localized easier.
Looking back at this, it's kind of crazy that to take out WoU, it took an attack *from outside of reality*, it was literally unstoppable and only sheer luck saved the good guys in the end. In that way, Part 8 mirrors Part 4. Both main villains had fate on their side for a long time, and the only thing that could stop them was their luck running out.

But since he couldn't steer it yashuo used Paisley Park to bring the thing that she needed to her location. Which effectively let her aim the bubble at toru hitting him.
Personally what I find more terrifying is that this Stand can just, seemingly at will, morph into a physical human being that everyone can see and interact with. And possibly stay active for YEARS at a time. Like, even if you do somehow beat the "pursuit" rule, all it has to do is turn into its 89 year old form and call for help. And people will just see you randomly trying to kill an innocent old man. It could potentially just slink into somebody else's life without them EVER knowing if the doctor they are entrusting is a Stand or not. And if you just ask it the wrong question, fate just kills you.

If you "see" the words "the game" or even listen to somebody saying this words, you'll instantly lose "the game". All I can think of is Wonder of U having more people being affected at once, which just makes one of, if not the best defensive stands in JoJo more terrifying

I like you didn't just assumed the results of a battle between stands! Something both funny and mysterious about JoJo and stands is we don't know how several of them would react to other stand or powers, so we can't just assume something would happen. However, I disagree about GER as the most terryfing stand, but that's a long debate!
In favor of Pucci and Made in Heaven: I would say that infinite speed should also allow for infinitely fast reaction time, and as we were shown that it is possible to avoid the calamities (like Josuke using bubbles to protect himself from the car), MIH should be able to dodge anything coming its way at least long enough to reach the head doctor and hit him
i doubt it matters since everything non living is also moving fast so if it rains, there's no way Pucci could stop it from acting like bullets during calamity

I have feeling the way it’d countered is tied to Josukes plundering ability. He is been seen to be able to plunder things that are atmospheric or not actually tangible. As such he might be able to plunder the flow of calamity, he just doesn’t know it yet. This would explain the “good luck” rai was talking about after he get close to wonder of u. Because he shouldn’t have been able to get that close without the ability activating, thus something clearly happened. I think the bubbles floating around in the room caught the flow of calamity and plundered it causing it not to go off. Then going into the spin discussion, I think Josuke will use the spin to respin the flow of calamity, to potentially benefit him or the stand, perhaps making a bubble imbued with the infinite rotation, allowing him to never actually be affected by calamity. Just my thoughts on CH.100
Why are all ignoring the fact that MiH can literally lock your fate? All Pucci has to do is not attack WoU, recreate the Universe with the new fate and boom, WoU can not possibly kill Pucci, because fate decided he won't die.

7:11 Quick Correction: Pucci and MIH aren't traveling at light speed. It's actually a lot more complicated than that. It's as if all living things are put in a stasis for how they age, and that stasis becomes more and more extreme, leading to them becoming slower and their perspectives on the speed of other objects being changed, which leads to all nonliving objects moving/progressing faster and faster. Pucci also seems to not age, or starve at all, so the power is also obviously affecting him.

This almost exactly like both examples of requiem stands we have seen with Polnareffs wish being to keep the arrow from the boss and Giornos being to defeat the boss
WoU is the only stand capable of manipulating fate other than King Crimson and Gold Experience Requiem (King Crimson can change the fate that is predicted by erasing Diavolo out of that predicted fate and GER can prevent you from reaching the predicted fate)

In relation to the weaknesses thing, it is revealed that it does have one, though basic, weakness is that i can only work on one target at a time, so the best way to beat wonder of u is to give "divide and conquer" a new meaning and try to be as far apart as possible. so being swarmed by long-range stand users might give it some trouble.
Let's say you wanted to get a group together to try and get all of them to pursue Tooru at the same time. As soon as you walk out that door with the intent to go out and get ready to pursue him, you're dead.
One thing about automatic stands is that, while damage doesn't transfer to the user, effects do. For example, Echoes Act 3 increasing the weight of Sheer Heart Attack did affect Kira's hand that SHA was launched from despite not taking any physical damage from Star Platinum & Echoes punches. By this logic I would assume Tusk Act 4 and the Infinite Rotation would affect Wonder of U and pull the user to where their stand was hit.
D4c love train would be good for beating the wonder of you bc constantly make a lot of clones to go on a search party for the user. And just keep switching threw clones every time you get damaged or just use love train
Now we know that there are two more weaknesses: when what you’re attacking wonder of U with is so infinitely small it doesn’t ‘exist’ and when you’re with the user you damage them without the intent of harming/pursuing them.
D4C: Love Train could also beat Wonder of U imo. The literal purpose of Love Train is to stop calamities after all. And also (maybe, kinda) Killer Queen with bites the dust, because that's an ability that requires you to pursue Kira
D4C still has to partially come "out" of its walls to attack, though, so Wonder Of U could at the very least turn it into another stalemate (assuming FV turtles once he realizes this). KQ:BTD has a fatal flaw for battling Wonder Of U: Kira would have to press the switch to activate it. Considering how Calamity works, there's a fair chance an ever-so-unfortunate accident will mangle his thumb... assuming it doesn't just go for a karma-based instakill, thanks to Kira's dozens of murders.

I haven’t read the chapter in a while, but when Johnny dies, doesn’t he die to what you could call a flow of misfortune? If Act 4 can’t stop that, I don’t see him standing up well against the full brunt of Wonder of U.
Knowing more, I think WOU absolutely mogs King Crimson. Diavolo and King Crimson are all about “oh I’ll just skip ahead because it’s fate for me to win” and that’s Diavolo’s cockiness and villainy in action. WOU is similarly about skipping ahead to a sealed fate, but it’s not because WOU believes it’s fate for him to win. It’s because he KNOWS it is. Think about it. WOU is the power of calamity. It despises humanity for taking over nature similar to the rock humans. So when you try to pursue it, it basically says “Oh, you wanna go against Fate? Fun fact: technically anything can be lethal to a human if used correctly. You can never stay alive forever, eventually not even oxygen and peak living conditions can keep your body alive” and it puts this concept into ACTION by making literally the entire world lethal. Diavolo cannot do shit there.
Imagine of MIH and Wonder of U fought. The two, on either sides of the battlefield. The fight starts. Instantly, MIH bursts in a cloud of red mist, as the first second Pucci starts runnibg, he teips on a pebble, smashing his legs apart, and the rest of his body tumbles through the atmosphere at light speed, colliding with dust and prticlesx in an endless, light speed chain reaction that shreds Pucci at the molecular level.
Pretty much this. Its pretty much a Murphy's Law situation for Pucci. Anything that can go wrong for Pucci in that fight, WILL go wrong and Pucci dies.

You see the "pursue" part is so broad that it's hard to imagine what really is the definition of pursue to activate the stand's ability. The moment you physically pursue the Head doctor, the moment you think about the head doctor, the moment you see the Head doctor and try to get his attention towards you and etc. That's why it's so busted at times since no one can really tell whether the action you are making count as a pursue or not.

The concept of Wonder Of U is actually quite interesting because it embodies a quality that a number of villains seem to possess: That fate favors them and opposes the heroes. Consider how Yoshikage Kira seemed to have incredibly good fortune, or Dio Brando for that matter. Just when it seemed like they might lose before the final act, fate hands them the advantage. Meanwhile the heroes have to regularly fight against bad luck throwing obstacles in their way.
Wonder Of U is that concept made manifest, an agent of fate and destiny conspiring against anyone or anything seeking to hinder the villain and unleashing all the obstacles that fate can assemble in the path of the hero. Wonder of U takes a seeming passive ability that villains in Jojo seemed to possess, kicks it up to 11, and turns it into a freakin' superpower.
It's like if all of the luck that Diavolo didn't have was instead stored away for later use by this stand. And let's be honest, Diavolo was the absolute unluckiest villain to ever exist in all of Jojo.
Na kars is by and far the most unlucky villain in jojo, the guy had literally fucking won, became the ultimate lifeform and was about to destroy Joseph before he accidently made him hit the red stone which activated a dormant volcano that launched him into the fucking stratosphere, all out of sheer luck

What is strange about this is that Fate does seem to be a conscious being, as an entity. It's been stated that Fate will reward those with good will, and will punish those who go against it. I think Araki said that, but I forgot where he said it. This is probably the reason why Diavolo had such a terrible fate, he actively avoided the fated consequences of his fated actions.

Wonder of U doesn't just cause accidents, it rewrites causality to make SURE you get maimed. Coupled with its own proclivity to vanish and appear wherever the hell it wants, the fact that it has its own agenda that runs with Tooru's own plans, it's easily one of the most terrifying stands in the series, edging out Heaven's Door by just a smidgen.
Wonder of U being fully Sentient is really interesting to me. Honestly what holds it back from turning on Tooru in some way besides the obvious it needs Tooru to survive being a stand and all.
A stand using it’s Master as a tool for it’s own goals would honestly be an amazing idea for part 9 I think, if it isn’t the case here.

Out of all the sentient stands we have seen literally the majority follow their user because they have the same mentality as their users because they’re their souls.
I don't see it rewriting anything, its theme is using the logic of the world. It would make more sense to exaggerate, bend or abuse what's already there, in fact, raindrops acquire a bullet's penetrative power, not implode the target. Smacking a dude increases the damage normally done and straight up crushes their neck.
Please don't just add powers and concepts if they are not confirmed by the author. That's what happened with Golden Experience Requiem and people actually think it works with "cause, effect and causality" when that's just plain misleading. The only words used to describe GER's powers were about reverting attacks and will to zero, and an attack requires will to be an attack, any other way it would be not an attack, so GER wouldn't reverse it. Don't add "universal powers" or "causality concepts" to it as it does mislead people into thinking GER is actually unbeatable while various characters from JoJo would be able to obliterate Giorno. Don't make Wonder of U end up like that. It just reacts to will and responds with calamity, similar to GER reacting to will and attacks, or Love Train reflecting misfortune.

The thing about power scaling of Wonder of U, and how people compares it with other stands, is that people ALWAYS assumes the situation is perfect for the other stand. Every time, when people say "what about XXX they can beat Wonder of U".
And the answer is, NO.
Every time people say things about Sheer Heart Attack or Weather report or Ma Yo Yo can beat it, everyone assumes that the user just suddenly knew everything about Wonder of U and how it works, instantly wanting to fight and kill it, and then teleported right in front of it and killed it with one blow.
No, it most likely wouldn't. It's simple for a lot of stands to beat Wonder of U in a assumed situation with no context, where everything is perfect for the stand, but it's not.
To beat Wonder of U You need to: know the existence of this stand + be curious about it+ find imformations about it and research about its mystery + knowing its true form and ability + wanting to kill it + finding its location + go to that location + fight it. With deadly calamity following you every step of the way, wanting to kill you unrelentingly.
That's why Wonder of U is so stupidly strong and overpowered, any other stand, no matter how strong they are, need to be confronted directly in a battle or at least have the user activate it to show its power, but Wonder of U doesn't, it starts to attack you no matter where you are, the moment you start knowing about ITS EXISTENCE.
You most likely won't able to know that calamity falls onto you upon presuiting, without being struck by calamity. Which could kill you in the first place.
You don't have a perfect situation where you suddenly know everything about the stand, instantly teleported in front of it and start a face to face battle. No, you need to gradually investigate and know its ability to even start thinking about fighting it, and it can already kill you during this process. Maybe even Valentine will step out of the light barrier in this process and got beaten by calamity.
That's why Wonder of U is second.

King Crimson Requiem gains the ability to be invisible to other people or more specifically, it erases any memory you have of him and his user, everytime you think about it, this thought vanishes. If he wanted to kill you, you couldn't even do anything because as soon as he leaves your cone of vision, it no longer exists (and remember, it's still KC so the normal power still applies) and you can't even think of strategies to beat it

No, Wonder of U doesn't need to move to do anything in the first place so Notorious B.I.G. has no reason to pursue it.
If somehow, WoU was the only thing moving near B.I.G. and he tried to go after it he would just be damaged until he cannot move. Even if he regenerates, it still allows WoU to just go away and end the fight right here.
If you mean winning as in completely destroying your opponent then yes WoU probably cannot do that to B.I.G. Unless the calamity makes it so that he hits a very big object that completely obliterate it in one go.

Well to be fair every villain besides phantom blood dio and kars needed more than one person to beat. Jotaro would’ve never gotten as far as he did without Joseph and kakyoin starting the dio fight. I theorize when Johnny brought the corpse to Morioh it probably gave Tooru while he was still in the nest his stand and while Johnny was trying to save his son by running on his horse to activate Tusk he got too close to the nest Tooru was in and WOU perceived him as an active threat so after Johnny was tossed from his horse the rock randomly appeared and crushed him.
It makes too much sense really that Tooru and WOU would be responsible for Johnny’s death.

I feel like everyone underestimates Vanilla ice. He’s definitely up there for strongest in the verse. Dude and his stand literally can’t be hurt 90% of the time, can’t be seen 90% of the time, and completely destroy anything it comes in contact with it, plus he himself is also a vampire like Dio, giving him a physical edge on top of everything else. His only weakness is that he can’t see without making himself vulnerable, so he just has to guess where the enemy is.

Looking back at this, it's kind of crazy that to take out WoU, it took an attack *from outside of reality*, it was literally unstoppable and only sheer luck saved the good guys in the end.
In that way, Part 8 mirrors Part 4. Both main villains had fate on their side for a long time, and the only thing that could stop them was their luck running out.

But since he couldn't steer it yashuo used Paisley Park to bring the thing that she needed to her location. Which effectively let her aim the bubble at toru hitting him.
Personally what I find more terrifying is that this Stand can just, seemingly at will, morph into a physical human being that everyone can see and interact with. And possibly stay active for YEARS at a time. Like, even if you do somehow beat the "pursuit" rule, all it has to do is turn into its 89 year old form and call for help. And people will just see you randomly trying to kill an innocent old man. It could potentially just slink into somebody else's life without them EVER knowing if the doctor they are entrusting is a Stand or not. And if you just ask it the wrong question, fate just kills you.

In favor of Pucci and Made in Heaven: I would say that infinite speed should also allow for infinitely fast reaction time, and as we were shown that it is possible to avoid the calamities (like Josuke using bubbles to protect himself from the car), MIH should be able to dodge anything coming its way at least long enough to reach the head doctor and hit him
i doubt it matters since everything non living is also moving fast
so if it rains, there's no way Pucci could stop it from acting like bullets during calamity
plus the human body's reaction speed or lets say the time it takes to send what we see to our brain is WAY WAY WAY WAY slower than the speed of light,meaning you don't know whats happening while going in light speed,ok even if we come to araki's POV,The incoming calamity would be done faster,if a bus were to hit him,since he is accelarating time,it would come faster,even if he manages to dodge it,all the calamities in the way atleast should hit him
Problem is a lot of calamities aren't necessarily slowed down by Pucci's ability, they're as infinitely fast as Pucci is.
So there seems to be a few stands that could beat it or just put it into a stalemate.

I have feeling the way it’d countered is tied to Josukes plundering ability. He is been seen to be able to plunder things that are atmospheric or not actually tangible. As such he might be able to plunder the flow of calamity, he just doesn’t know it yet. This would explain the “good luck” rai was talking about after he get close to wonder of u. Because he shouldn’t have been able to get that close without the ability activating, thus something clearly happened. I think the bubbles floating around in the room caught the flow of calamity and plundered it causing it not to go off.
Then going into the spin discussion, I think Josuke will use the spin to respin the flow of calamity, to potentially benefit him or the stand, perhaps making a bubble imbued with the infinite rotation, allowing him to never actually be affected by calamity.

7:11 Quick Correction: Pucci and MIH aren't traveling at light speed. It's actually a lot more complicated than that. It's as if all living things are put in a stasis for how they age, and that stasis becomes more and more extreme, leading to them becoming slower and their perspectives on the speed of other objects being changed, which leads to all nonliving objects moving/progressing faster and faster. Pucci also seems to not age, or starve at all, so the power is also obviously affecting him.
so Wonder of U is basically Killer Queen: BItes the Dust Requiem and it can finally give Kira Yoshikage the quiet life he finally wanted

@@Sans-oc1ie how is it not a requiem it is an evolution of a stand brought about by being stabbed a second time with a stand arrow, and the nature of the ability granted by this evolution is an overcomplicated way to fulfill the users greatest wish at that moment. This almost exactly like both examples of requiem stands we have seen with Polnareffs wish being to keep the arrow from the boss and Giornos being to defeat the boss

I mean, he can nuligy his ability and as we saw with the new chapter, if you try hard enough, you can get very close to him, so yeah, GER can beat Wonder of U, also in Diavolo's Epitaph, Diavolo saw he fisted Giorno but GER didnt allow it, GER breaks fate
In relation to the weaknesses thing, it is revealed that it does have one, though basic, weakness is that i can only work on one target at a time, so the best way to beat wonder of u is to give "divide and conquer" a new meaning and try to be as far apart as possible. so being swarmed by long-range stand users might give it some trouble.
Let's say you wanted to get a group together to try and get all of them to pursue Tooru at the same time. As soon as you walk out that door with the intent to go out and get ready to pursue him, you're dead.

One thing about automatic stands is that, while damage doesn't transfer to the user, effects do. For example, Echoes Act 3 increasing the weight of Sheer Heart Attack did affect Kira's hand that SHA was launched from despite not taking any physical damage from Star Platinum & Echoes punches. By this logic I would assume Tusk Act 4 and the Infinite Rotation would affect Wonder of U and pull the user to where their stand was hit.
Also I’m pretty sure there was a panel of the user and stand sharing damage anyways

Now we know that there are two more weaknesses: when what you’re attacking wonder of U with is so infinitely small it doesn’t ‘exist’ and when you’re with the user you damage them without the intent of harming/pursuing them.
D4C: Love Train could also beat Wonder of U imo. The literal purpose of Love Train is to stop calamities after all.
And also (maybe, kinda) Killer Queen with bites the dust, because that's an ability that requires you to pursue Kira
D4C still has to partially come "out" of its walls to attack, though, so Wonder Of U could at the very least turn it into another stalemate (assuming FV turtles once he realizes this).
KQ:BTD has a fatal flaw for battling Wonder Of U: Kira would have to press the switch to activate it. Considering how Calamity works, there's a fair chance an ever-so-unfortunate accident will mangle his thumb...

Knowing more, I think WOU absolutely mogs King Crimson. Diavolo and King Crimson are all about “oh I’ll just skip ahead because it’s fate for me to win” and that’s Diavolo’s cockiness and villainy in action. WOU is similarly about skipping ahead to a sealed fate, but it’s not because WOU believes it’s fate for him to win. It’s because he KNOWS it is.
Think about it. WOU is the power of calamity. It despises humanity for taking over nature similar to the rock humans. So when you try to pursue it, it basically says “Oh, you wanna go against Fate? Fun fact: technically anything can be lethal to a human if used correctly. You can never stay alive forever, eventually not even oxygen and peak living conditions can keep your body alive” and it puts this concept into ACTION by making literally the entire world lethal. Diavolo cannot do shit there.

Pretty much this. Its pretty much a Murphy's Law situation for Pucci. Anything that can go wrong for Pucci in that fight, WILL go wrong and Pucci dies.

Kinda no cause pucci is so fast that he can react to that. Also if he is in the air the only thing that c ould happen to him is hit a bird which he would instantly kill with mih. If pucci is in air WoY can't do anything and pucci is so fast that he could insta kill him without him even been able to react or any objects hitting pucci cause they wouldn't have enough time to approach him
