20 minute TABATA workout at home - Weight loss and fitness exercises (advanced level)

  • My dear exercisers, welcome to my UA-cam channel, to the new TABATA training for weight loss and fitness, which is suitable to be done at home without equipment (props), and contains an advanced level of cardio and HIIT exercises.
    Training is performed according to the Tabata principle, in order to achieve the best possible results, such as weight loss and strengthening of fitness, because during exercise and after training (that is, during recovery), a large consumption of calories is recorded.
    Cardio and HIIT exercises raise the heart rate and speed up the metabolism, activate different muscle groups and use energy to the maximum.
    Each exercise lasts 20 seconds, with a 10-second break, there are 8 of them in total and they are repeated in 4 rounds. There is a 30-second break in between, where you can rest a bit and drink a sip or two of water.
