Except yes for flavor. I've made bread without salt before, and while it looked okay and had an okay texture, it tasted awful. It was like its normal bread flavor had been replaced by the flavors of cardboard and depressed potato. So, yes. Never forget the teaspoon of salt.

These recipes are incredibly useful for me, as I will not be receiving any money for five months, and literally every penny I have will be going towards bills (even when I inevitably become homeless in June), so knowing a good long-lasting food that can be done for very cheap may well save my life - and if not, my last few months will be the tastiest
My favorite parts of this video were the chaos of the drill whisk, and that bit at the end where you blurred out the main video to show things on top. That's a really cool effect, to the point where I actually said "That's cool" out loud, so well done on that, it was fantastic

the blackened mess is a thing in argentina. Its called dulce de leche basically sweet of milk(?!) actual dulce de leche probably use moar sugar, way moar. and is way moar burnt. is actually really good with banana and okey in coockies and as a cake cover or filling :3 Also diabetus.
Dulce de leche makes just about anything delicious.
My abuelita taught me it is done best by boiling it in the can for 3-4 hours. The pressure is part of the process. You have to turn it every 30 min or so or it will explode
The blackened messis not a thing in argentina, that would mean it's burnt. The pressure is not part of the proces. You shouldn't turn the can, it would make it explode when you handle it. You just make sure it's submerged deep. Happy cooking.
