I like to get outside and go for a walk or hike while listening to music or an educational podcast/audiobook. That usually breaks me out of a funk and gets my brain and creativity going. Coffee helps too 🤣
Thanks for sharing! I've found those are great ways to get going again, too. Whatever it takes! Physical movement is a great way to get the juices flowing again, too. I should do a video on that.
