I'm a fan of dishes that are playfully named after technically edible things that aren't part of the dish. Like American Ants on a log, Sichuan Ants climbing up a tree, and British Toad in a hole.
Same here, in Indonesia we sometimes also playing with the name of food even it actually doesn't have the actual ingredients on it, like Elephant Ear Cookies, Cat Tongue Cookies, etc
In German, there's a dish that literally translates to Dead Grandma, also technically edible lol
From Philippines there is a bbq snack called Adidas because it’s chicken feet😂
