Looks like a nice build, you didn't really have to stop firing much at all. I think I would have dropped that half-ton of ammo for some extra armor, since you really had plenty and did not run out, despite shooting almost constantly.
I have some decent success using a Florentine with 2 LPL and 2 MRM10s... That's the only build I ever managed to get that Mech to perform. Maybe it is something you want to try out in one of your video's...
I like playing but feel bad that I'm 0:7 You would think I might be on the winning side once in a long while but its not looking like its gonna happen. Maybe its just too late to start playing this game lol, I wish there were some vs bots options or something I could use to get good enough not to drag the whole team down
Start with a light mech is my recommendation. It will force you to get better at moving and aiming. Also if you die, you aren’t taking a ton of guns and armor with you.
A good mech would be the kit Fox. One of the variants has 3 ams on it. Grab that with some heavy medium lasers. Stick near heavies and assaults. You will nullify tons of missile fire from the enemy. You can get ecm if you want. Put it on disrupt, and you are an amazing support mech. Just to only jump into fights when your big guys are getting targeted. When you shoot your heavy lasers, try and focus one body part. Like a shoulder. Turn your sensitivity on your mouse down. Don’t be one of those guys swinging your cross hair everywhere.
@@grahamelliott9506 get the kitfox that comes with 3 ams on it already, then use the omnipods so you can fit x3 or 4 heavy medium lasers, if there's space left put either sml lasers or machine guns. Like he says above, hang round the assaults to start with and keep hidden. When the assaults start attracting fire, that's your time to duck out and shoot, then hide away again. Try to shoot the same mech your assault battle buddy is shooting, but if not, all damage counts anyway
The Vapor Eagle is my absolute favorite Mech. I use the one with 4 energy 4 ballistic an 2 missle hardpoints. I play it either as an actual eagle with constant poptarting 24 atms and 3 heavy med laser and only around 81 kph or like a light with 4 heavy med laser 4 heavy mgs and around 110 kph. Just great fun!
It's taller and thinner. A VGL isn't exactly a hard target to hit, but it's a little harder to pick out your side torsos compared to the hunchback, and the arms are a bit better at shielding.
According to Jarls List seems that there are still a lot of known/also competitive players active. Agree, not an easy time populationwise for MWO on some days but you can meet long time players everyday. Could be much worse....🙃
Awesome vid! I humbly submit my request: I'd love to see you in a stealth assassin :)

How about flamers as the only weapon challenge? whatever mech/loadout, but only overheats of your targets count - have to get at least 3.
Crazy I swear you were just in game lol, good job mate respect from Australia
Ps. I was the shadowcat in the second game...
I like to run it with 1 UAC10, 2 heavy medium lasers, and 4 machine guns. I like retaining the speed of the vapor eagle.

Baradul is so good to be getting as much damage all the time! I think my high is like 300 so far

THANKS !
My favorite vapor eagle is 3 with 2 atm12 and 6 er smalls. Runs kinda hot but manageable.

DD1006 already! Wow ... Good job
How's the hit boxes on this thing as compared to the hunchie iic? I remember running this build on that and man was it punishing.

Why is it a roll? No one skilled plays anymore, you are shooting baby potatoes.
