What a tremendous difference squats have made in my everyday life. Thanks Alicia for a good variety of options. 😊
Great to hear Sara! Thanks for your comment :)
Thanks Alisha. I have had a Bakers Cyst in one knee for a couple of months now and have had been putting off exercising because of the pain. However, I am now able to do a 20 minute walk everyday without too much discomfort the following day and so am looking forward to getting back to my Be Mobile routine that I had fallen into before Christmas. Squats are definitely NOT my favourite 😏
Great to hear you are making progress! Squats are not my favourite either but they are a great addition to any strength training routine.
Thanks❤
You're welcome :)
Why do I get more knee pain doing Sit to Stand than doing squats?
It could be that the chair you are sitting on is lower than the height you are squatting to. That's what I'd check first.
Women. Protect Pelvic Floor when doing squats 😊
