I get it for grappling but Im having a hard time seeing anywhere near the same value for striking Striking is kinetic in a way grappling isnt, and also so much more straight forward Theres like 6 moves to learn, its easy to show and easy to understand 1 I worry about power generation never optimizing through this method 2 I'm struggling to see how it saves time I really need to see examples
