Really like the sound of the quiet baffles. I run them in my short shots but they are next to impossible to remove after they have been in there awhIle.
Looks easier to install the quiet baffles than they are on the Big Radius. With the curve, installing them was a pain, but worth it.

Hi Dan, I am a new rider and I have been watching your videos which are very helpful. I just bought a 2015 Harley Iron 883 which has Vanes and Hines exhaust installed. I want to install quite baffles in it. Do you know if I need to use fuelpak after i put in quite baffles? Thanks in advance and keep up the great work.
DanDanTheFireman its not a new exhaust, the previous owner had installed and tuned the bike with fuelpak. I just want to add quite baffles in it. So do I need to tune after just installing thr quite baffles?
Why just not wrap the original baffles??
The "quiet" baffles attenuated the high frequencies slightly..these are the freqs that really hurt me.
You only did one baffle though?
