It's great to hear all Jon's influences from the many genres come together. This one has some remnants of 80s pop like Duran Duran but heavier. Very cool stuff. I guess he's kinda tied down with korn but this is a free for all. I like it

Would like to say that i listened to "seventy thorns" featuring jonathan and then a year later found 'Skynd' and realized jonathan has been featured for both kim dracula and skynd so i had to check him out and i am not disappointed haha

its kind of hard to say you dont want to be my god when Korn is pretty thought provoking. your listeners get in to that stuff, they listen to your words and at time take them for granted. that is what the music industry is aimed at. it may not be on purpose by the band itself, but there is a reason the music videos are made. whoever thought that was a good idea to highlight a bands song must have thought "watch this, i bet we get one of these fuckers to heed some words"!

At this point, I think Manson's too far gone in his alcoholism and drug issues. Guy is almost incoherent anytime he's interviewed.
Hes gotten better, but once his mother passed away he lost it. Saw him live twice not long ago and they were both awful. He was just too drunk and strung out to perform. The man needed to get himself back together. Its why him and Rob Zombie and that argument during the first Twins of Evil tour.

Regardless if a God had anything to do with this album or not I still love it...I love all music, I even love bands like Pillar, P.O.D, and Vertical Horizon. I think God is very much alive in music like this and Korn though because the way their lyrics resonate with people is very genuine and real, it's almost like a religion for people who don't choose to pursue a relationship with God or who just can't connect with God on an emotional level, those people have bands like KoRn, J.D is like a God to them regardless if he wants to be or not! haha
