- This is the fifth time I’ve run the Run, White & Blue 7.4 Miler. I’ve made podium (top 2) all but one of those times. Would I get there again? Also, this was a prime race test for the new Puma Deviate Nitro Elite 3. See how they performed!

Great job. I’m going to use the Puma in a fall marathon. I find it more stable over ASICS.

There is a race in the UK called the Frekleton half it is 13.1 (std half) and is situated in a small village in the county of Lancashire and is run mid June every year . I keep going back , because while it is a warm and lumpy race, it is the countries oldest half marathon (and one of the oldest in the world) .. very well run and very well attended.
@@JohnBirtchetSharpe There definitely is an appeal to well directed events and events with history. It’s not always about PRs and fast times!

@@tono1665 Thanks! For some, yes, it is a viable marathon shoe. Two of the three female US marathoners going to the Paris Olympics will be using this shoe (O’Keefe and Lindwurm). And they used it for the trials in February. Others might find it a little aggressive for the marathon distance.
