I was in a bad mood for no reason with low energy. Felt like skipping today. Instead, I put on a song that always makes me dance, hit repeat 3×, then started this workout. Lifted more than I have for each exercise and was actually able to do curtly lunges with a weight and proper form. Sooo happy I didn't give in to the defeating thoughts. Thank you Sydney for instilling this mindset of action>motivation!! 🎉🎉

STF t2 32 OMG! I feel like my glutes were hit with a bat!!! 35 lbs. were big for me! I finally mastered split squat at 25 lbs. with great form!!! Thank you Sydney for making me stronger!!!
Yes, crushed this workout today! I did 3 rounds of split squats!!! I don't have a bench, so I'm using an outdoor side table with a thin cushion on it. It's the perfect height and the right amount of cushion. Looking forward to tomorrow!!
First time back doing split squats after 12 months of feet/leg issues and I used my yoga block and it was so good to get back to these, thanks Sydney for this great workout and I loved your talk at the end about going up in weights which is exactly what I did and it feels so rewarding ❤❤❤
I thought last week's glute training was hard. Chhhiiillle...this was a BURNA!!! 🔥🔥 I love working one leg at a time as it let's me know which leg is weaker and I'm able to focus on making it stronger. Epsom salt bath tonight is already on the books. Got to soak this booty, lol! 😂
Today I reached a new personal best of glute bridging 25KG! My glutes used to be the weakest part of my body after a nasty ankle injury 5 years ago. Can't believe they're now one of my strongest, thankyou Sydney!
Geez!!!! Tough workout but I am amazed as to how stronger I am getting. I added Sydney's 10 minute cardio to this and her 10 min band stretch. Feel so relaxed and rejuvenated. ❤

Had black coffee and crushed this workout with my best mind muscle connection, today I loved my Bulgarian split squats as my form was just perfect 😊. Today I'm feeling so good like I can concur anything, now the only thing left is to study my best 😊.

I’d love some tutorials on the barbell! I’ve watched many but when you connect well with a trainer it can click a little better. I love using the barbell and think Sydney could inspire women who are intimidated by it to consider it as a really great option. ESP now that fitness equipment is more available and cheaper (and so many are selling off their quarantine fitness purchases!).

I used to go to the gym but did only cardio; now I workout at home n lift like I hv never. I am 203lbs but my body looks good n I feel good! Thank you!❤
