I have been working out with videos from home for almost 20 years, and was introduced to this channel by a friend back in July. Sydney is by far my favorite trainer I've ever followed! She is so incredibly encouraging and she pushes me progressively in just the ways I need. I did this workout yesterday, and OMG my quads. I can barely walk. But this goes to show how much she keeps pushing me, because I have been working out with her videos 3-5 times a week for 8 months now. I am so grateful, and know I will feel confident at age 40 in my swimsuit in Hawaii this May. Thank you Sydney, you rock!!!

I couldn't feel a good connection to the deadlifts with my foot against the wall, so instead I did more of an L stance with legs, so my hips would open up more and WOWZA burn city!!
This was a hard workout especially at the end where we were working on split squats and dead lifts on the same leg. Powered through with Sydney’s motivation! Couldn’t have done it without you! Thank you!

I only have 10lb dumbbells and a hard glute band yet this had my legs shaking like they never have before- and I was hip thrusting 150lbs for reps just a few months ago before my schedule got too busy & I had to stick to working out from home. I had to do them bodyweight, they are my nemesis, and I had been maxing out during the whole workout; honestly I wanted to skip them, but I found real connection to the muscles with your helpful descriptions!
