    How sydney said at the end, " I want to respect your time". Honestly, Sydney is an amazing human. She's giving us free, high quality workouts and she wants to respect us. Like, just wow 😮❤.     Whewww 🥵🔥!! Holy guacamole 😅!! This workout was TOUGH but so empowering! I can’t believe I was strong enough to hold up an 80 lb. dumbbell in that glute bridge hold finisher 🙌🏼!! My lower body is officially toasted. Thank you for this one, Sydney ❤️!

    I tend to be intimidated of a 45 min workout but always feel like a beast when I complete it. Grateful for my body and its ability to move today!

    I have been working out with videos from home for almost 20 years, and was introduced to this channel by a friend back in July. Sydney is by far my favorite trainer I've ever followed! She is so incredibly encouraging and she pushes me progressively in just the ways I need. I did this workout yesterday, and OMG my quads. I can barely walk. But this goes to show how much she keeps pushing me, because I have been working out with her videos 3-5 times a week for 8 months now. I am so grateful, and know I will feel confident at age 40 in my swimsuit in Hawaii this May. Thank you Sydney, you rock!!!

    This was brutal in a good way. My legs were so tired by the end but I feel I can do most things when Sydney is there to encourage me. Another day in the books.

    She ain't messing around with this program, and I love it. Adore 45-min workouts!! Love how the single leg work was split up so it wasn't monotonous in the slightest. Definitely gonna repeat this one when I need an epic leg day.

    good morning everyone - we hit mid week - this was a long workout and some of those moves were very hard on my lower back arthritis - couldnt do all of them but I didnt give up - have a great Wednesday everyone

    Thanks Sydney - didn't find it as hard as I thought I would (hooray - maybe I need som enew heavier weights) and boy oh boy I mentally can't do 3 x 45 split squat and 3 x SL dead lift on the same leg - 6 rounds kills me! Love your work and am so grateful for you though!

    This workout was intense! Those isolated leg movements at the end had me like 🥵🥵🥵. My legs felt so strong today and I pushed weights I’ve never done before. Thank you Sydney for with a high quality workout today and making it fly by!

    I couldn't feel a good connection to the deadlifts with my foot against the wall, so instead I did more of an L stance with legs, so my hips would open up more and WOWZA burn city!!

    Sydney this workout was wild. I only have 10lb dumbbells and a hard glute band yet this had my legs shaking like they never have before- and I was hip thrusting 150lbs for reps just a few months ago before my schedule got too busy & I had to stick to working out from home. Thank you so much!!! Crushed it.

    Wow that was intense HALLELUJAH ….i thought i would get used to split squats over the time…but no 😂 i still hate them 😂 more important is that i am Not giving myself the opportunity to stop and leave but to stop and breathe ❤❤ Thank you Sydney for always pushing and getting us out out comfort zone

    Wow! This workout was very well paced. The time just flew by. However, that does not mean it was not tough. My legs really felt the connection and the burn . Thank you for a fiery workout.

    this went by so quick. I looked at the timer and I only had 4 min left on the clock 😳. I was so surprised that it just flowed…. Those 15 sec rest periods also went by fast 😂😂 ❤ this community

    Holy wow that was one of the hardest leg workouts ever from Sydney! And I freaking LOVED IT! Maybe didn't love AS much the split squat/deadlift back to back sesh but I know it'll make me stronger in the end, so THANK YOU for that!!

    Thank you for an amazing workout! I paused the video during rest period to give myself plenty of time so I could really push up in weights. 45mins turned to 65 for me but so worth it. Cant wait to see the peach gains at the end of this program!

    Thank you for the tips during the split squats! How have I never heard the diagonal lift description before!?!? I had to do them bodyweight, they are my nemesis, and I had been maxing out during the whole workout; honestly I wanted to skip them, but I found real connection to the muscles with your helpful descriptions!

    GRACIAS! I did it all with body weight because i hurt my wrist and man that was tough!! I broke a sweat with no weights and it was great! CRUSHED IT!!!💪
