    Thank you
From someone who went from horrific blood work results in April 2023 to all within range blood work 4 months after, fasting works.

Love your and Dr. Fung's content! Thank you! Quick question that I can't find the answer to in your books! What is the impact of fasting on the gallbladder though? If there's less food causing bile to flow regularly, I've heard the bile turn to sludge and form stones. Is that correct?

    Question for future episodes:
Does spirulina and chlorella powder in water break a fast?
Of course, based on no glucose spike.

Would it work instead of a day of fat fast do a day of dry fast? Without drinking water, I assume we would flush out less water and lose less electrolytes? In my religion we do a 24 hour dry fast once s month.

Good grief, why is the concept of not eating made so complicated?

Because people keep asking questions so tfm keeps answering

@@christabedwinI didn’t phrase that question well. I dont mean to make asking questions look like a bad idea. The truth is a doc told me at one point that I would DIE (seriously!) if I did not consume carbohydrates like bread, cereals, oatmeal, potatoes. I believed him because he was a medical professional and I was not. But know I know what i know. So many people do not know. Its really sad.
