wow ... this Rott is definitely the ultimate dog!
Every owner have to see this ... this is how a Rottie should look like.
"He was in a situation where the family couldn't keep him anymore" is the most gentlemanly way to say it
He is hard as fuck and the people who buyed a true working rottweiler said "holy shit"
That's a pretty normal way of saying it. Don't make it sound like the person he got the dog from was shit. Some things actually happen that make it where you have to give something up like a dog. Doesn't mean they were bad just means they couldn't give the dog what it needs
@@absolutelyfookinnobody2843 facts. Years ago, I had a Rotty/German Shepard mix. I absolutely lived that dig but because of where I moved to couldn't keep him.
I feel that the family expected the typical pet category Rottweiler but they got a proper high drive Rottweiler, something i aim to buy. Something similar happened to a friend who got a working line gsd.....but couldn't handle the dog. They have him away to the police force then.
Not only is this episode great. The guy interviewed is honest about his dogs and experiences. Props to him too.

That rottweiler is a piece of art
That is the most athletic Rottweiler I've ever seen, I'm in love! Gorgeous, well trained dogs!
You Can't Stop The Scout cuz it ain’t a pure bred, it’s definitely mixed
thats how they should look like, not the fatty pets you see normally
I have had multiple rotties. Current one is quite fit and has 30 lb over this dog at not even a year old. Obvious when there is another dog in the mix
grampaflower then I like this new Rottweiler-mix, I like the smaller, more athletic look.
I also love he still has a tail and ears.
Man that Rottweiler agility, speed, and power is crazy. That’s dam near a perfect dog!!!
Will Foster exactly what mine was like only he was taller.... he was so agile so quick but still so powerful
Alot rottweillers power is head shape and breast shape, they're pecks are very wide and allows them to have very strong muscles on the front.
Ethan well said
Yea that’s a badass rott...
Stefano Dawg oh stfu...your dogs don’t look like that
It is 2am and this video makes me wanna go outside with my Rott and train him.
Luca is simply amazing!
Great interview.
I am not usually a fan of breed versus videos... but I actually loved this one and the breakdown of each breed by the trainer! Good job
Very, very impressed with that Rottweiler.
It's nice to see a Rottweiler with a tail for once.
Taco Salesman hes french
I went to a CKC conformation show this weekend. There were a lot of tails and ears.I'm also happy to see the change. .
K.Doolittle when did they ever crop Rottweiler ears?
Peter Davis there talking about tail docking not ear cropping
Taco Salesman my Rottweiler has it’s tail
Luca is very good conditioned and is naturally a beautiful dog I enjoyed this and learned some things I didn’t know about the rots
I honestly don't think Ive ever seen a more beautiful Rottweiler! Holy hell!!!
I think this was your best host so far. Awesome episode 👍🏼
That's the nicest rott I've ever seen
glik9 all rottweilers are nice but it's all about the owner , mine is actually pretty sweet and he loves kids soo much , as he said if you handle him correctly he is a great dog
I just really love this rotts leaner build.
glik9 mine was like this, he was slightly bigger in terms of height but he was very very lean and agile. He died couple months back.
darkmesser 12 they’re not talking about facial looks lol. They’re talking about his body not anything you mentioned
glik9 do have a look on my rott.
Thanks
Respect the work he's putting into those beautiful dogs - stunning video!
Love this channel! Another awesome video! That rott is ripped!!!!
That's the most well trained Rott I've ever seen Its very smart and tip top shape I'm extremely impressed
That Rottwieller is probably the best I’ve seen
I like this guy he's very honest.
I have a Belgium Malinois “Spock”. He is six years old now but still very active. I am a senior and wanted a dog to keep me active, he has done that. I have had dogs my whole life, Spock is the smartest and most athletic dog that I ever had. He can jump from standing still over a four foot wall. Nothing amazes me what he can do.
*THANK YOU SO MUCH DOGUMENTARY TV ! ALWAYS BRINGING THE BEST BREED DOCUMENTARIES!!! 🐺*
Perfect rottweiler. I would love to have one that looks and runs like this one.
oooooooh LUCA! That Rottweiler is exactly why I fell in love with this breed for big dogs. They have such a Regal vibe to them and they just look so strong and the coats! *squeals* I'm such a fangirl over Rotts
I had a rottweiler and he was 130 - 140lbs. Looking at Luca, I realy like his smaller, more agile frame. I would like to see that body type become a more common option when it comes to rottweilers. I think it greatly improves the dog. All the great qualities and stopping power of a rottweiler with the agility and speed of a malinois. I use to have a hard time getting my rottie into the car. Had to pick up his hind legs. Also saw some one else with a rottie doing the same thing. Luca's athletic but with the stopping power of a heavy weight. There's no way my rottie could run and jump like that. I exercise him a lot and he never had the speed or jumping ability Luca has. Thats cool! Awsome dog!
YES! It's so nice seeing Rottweilers that are just a tad bit smaller, but still holds as much power. People nowadays are ruining the breed, making their head way bigger, or their snouts shorter.
Jesus when the camera went down the rottiie, that one amazing looking dog.
That Rottie is magnificent. Great video!
Rotties will always be my favorite.
Rottweilers and German shepherds are the kings of all dogs
Rotties are not hard headed!!!!!!there easy to train the is smartness leader board
1.german Shepherd
2.rottweiler
3.yorkie
4.belgian malinois
And Rottweiler picks up things fast and rottie loves to do things on there own as well.
Angela Boyette I don’t think that’s right .. pretty sure everywhere I’ve looked it says the border collie is the smartes , forties not even top 5
When I saw the thumb nail and title of this video I was so excited
That Rott is BEAUTIFUL!
Just came across this video. I did a lot of Schutzhound work in the 90’s when I was in the Army. Had 2 Rotties and 1 was definitely aggressive while the other was more relaxed but both were stubborn yet fun to work. Great to see and hear your breakdown of the breed. I miss owning them and watching them work. My dogs loved to work and we’re amazing around my kids at the time. Awesome video.
That's the best, and the fittest Rottie i've ever seen.. Superb..
It's great to see such an athletic Rottie. I would prefer his size for the breed as a whole.
Many large breeds go the bigger/bulkier is better way only for their detriment.
Agreed. Health over size or bad standards.
@@MattPayne1 A 120 lbs rott is normal, not unhealthy
I agree, I’d take a lean athletic 75 lb rottie over a heavier bigger rottie
A Rottweiler is suppose to be a medium to large dog! Not a giant breed
@dogumentaryTV
That was an awesome video. I would love to hear that expert's narrative on the Cane Corso. The Handler is spot-on with the descriptions.
Very observant to find detail. Awesome video man!
Both lovely breeds! Your Rotti is so beast! I am have had German Shepherds and now have a 6 week old Silver Tip German Shepard X Belgian Malinois
Another awesome 'Dogumentary'. Dogumentary TV IMHO, is the only channel on UA-cam that does justice to the ancient and storied partnership between Man and Dog. Keep up the good work.
P.S. would love to see more on Dogo Argentinos, Boerboels and Central Asian Shepherds.
Wow, what a nice video - Really appreciate Oscar's knowledge and experience, and ability to share his ideas.
Andrew Johnson thanks!
Wow.... That Rottweiler is a beauty..... The muscle on him is crazy
Thank you. You are great at explaining things in an easy to understand way.
Who's here for the Rottweiler comments?
Me. That rott is crazy beautiful
I'm here MAKING the Rottweiler comments!
GREEK HIP HOP EVENTS me toooooooo
I love me a Rottie
GREEK HIP HOP EVENTS iiii
It's nice to see a rottweiler that's not over weight.👍
What a great, informative doco. So nice to see someone explain Rotties sensitivity for once. Lovely dogs
Love the rott. I have a rott 75% and pit 25% . Parents both rott but. Grandparents rott n pit. Hes about 75lbs too. Super athletic. Very very strong and so easy to train. Very clever and loyal too
2 beautiful dogs.
I will always have a rottweiler in my home. Great family dogs and definitely a fearless breed😊
I've never owned a Belgium but I've been around them I'm a disabled vet T.B.I my rehabilitation was in Colorado I joined the army in 2009 1st platoon A Co 126 they can be scary dogs lol and bunch of endurance in them too I was shocked over the strength these dogs have
Oscar, the both canines are beautiful. Great job and thanks for sharing.
French Ring Rottie!! 😍😍😍 He is stunning.
i dont understand what that is?
Very good, quality video, thanks for the insights about the differences of working traits of the breeds.
Damn, all these comments talking about that handsome Dottie but Guapo, that Malinois looks breathtaking, so confident and powerful.
Lovely looking Rottie, but Malinois is by far my favourite breed. Looks more striking than a German shepherd, energetic, hard working, easily trainable. I love them
I love these types of videos! I would love to have you do a video series with protection trainer, something really in depth.. these are so cool!
un gran trabajo, Oscar! ...muchas gracias por permitirnos ver tu trabajo y el de Cristian...
very very informative! some of the things he said ill put into practice. another great video!
That is a fantastic looking rottie. Love the shape and size.
This video is very informative thank you. I like these longer videos with more information
Well done guys !!! so impressed Rottweiler I hope we can create this line of working Rott for us.
Grate comparison between two dogs...i had never seen before......really outstanding !
That’s a perfect Rottweiler specimen
Best looking rottie I’ve seen. The way they should look‼️
my God! Luca is breathtaking
Wow what an amazing one! Thanks Zecke!!
They’re both beautiful dogs.
Really glad to see protection services keeping their dogs in such great confirmation and training to fit personality.
Awesome video. I was hoping you would do a video with elevated canine. This is great
gorgeous Rottweiler man.
If only all Rottweilers looked like this. Great job!
You need to get one from a working line and then put in the love and work to keep them fit
Drebo Dollaz , agreed ,u have 53 ,54 kg working line / ipo high drive rotty that are amazing ,Luca is great but those ipo euro rotty kick serious ass
@@drebodollaz3504 u know any working kennels or breeders
I just love the versatility of Rottweilers. They can be so sweet and gentle with kids and small animals. They can make excellent therapy dogs.
👌By far my favorite comparison so far!👌 That Rottie though, 🥜's in a good way! This channel always gets it done.
Wow both beatiful dogs!! never saw a rottweiler that athletic!
I’ve had a couple of Rottweilers, my all time favorite breed. I’m surprised a rottie can compete with a malinois in agility. I never had a problem with stubbornness, but a never taught through pressure. My uncle was a real horse whisperer and taught his horses by ‘gentling’ them. Let their love for you compel them. Let your time together in joy, compel them
No exorcism jokes😮
Good video. Thanks for posting
Great video and great work! 👏
Thisbines being saved 4 sure! Thank you!
This is a very fun to watch & informative video, well done. for me I will always love to see such videos with protection, ring sport experts. thanks a lot.👌
Your Rottweiler looks so much like my Lexi!! ❤ Everyone is always impressed with her behavior! Thank you for helping bring more awareness of this sweet, beautiful breed!!
thanks for your professional information on both breeds,
Rottweilers just make me happy omfggg
Haha for real they make me feel strong and they else melt my heart
I've never seen a Rottie move so easily ! If I were a judge, he'd be a show champion as well
I will never be tired of watching dog training video.
Both dogs are beautiful. You’re a lucky guy to work with such beautiful animals.
best looking rottie i've ever seen. holy crap.
I'm glad you made this video cause i wasn't sure which one to get a rott or a Mal I'm looking for a guard dog/ family dog , something I can take hiking off leash and hve complete control over. High energy. I'm sold thanks for all the information I'm getting a rott !! Now I just have to find a breeder and a trainer
That rottweiler is in amazing shape. Good to see one how it is supposed to be, not like alot of them that are simply overweight
Awesome video. That rottie is SOOOOO nice. Supper cut and agile looking.
Oh Boy..That Rotty is a black pack of dynamite !! Good looking Dog & Luv tat tail !!
Fully trained dogs 🐶🐕 love both breeds. Love from India🇮🇳
I love Luca omg
I have a mal. Shes my service dog. Shes amazing! I'm sold on the breed. I'm really big on challenging her mentally. Love my pup
My pup is about 1.5 years old and is a wee bigger than he is supposed to be at his age. He is a HUGE mal, and 😂 I trained him by doing 200 Meter sprints. Quite the character they are, but they're also very protective of their owners.
@@OriginalAustinOblivion
Em how much does your Mal weigh?, my boy seriously was 120lbs @Two year's old, 28 inches at withers. He carried around 4×8's in the yard like they were tooth pik's. A truly amazing breed of dog.
Austin Cryan yeah I’ve always gotta be doing something with mine just to burn his energy shit, I’m just waiting for him to turn like 2 years olds so finally fucking calms down 😂
A friend has just bought a malli to train as his service dog. Mine is a Rottweiler. Both breeds excel at the job BUT only for the right handler.
Excellent video, very balanced opinion, obviously a very skilled trainer. Thank you🙏
This guy is as interesting as he is honest.
fantastic trainer. good to see
That slow motion was very satisfying 👌👌🔥🔥
Very sharp, unbiased truthful opinion, he also knows his stuff
Love all your videos! Please do one of the boston terrier :) thank you!!
Ahhh the rottie has his full tail. Love that buddy much respect
The Malinois is the best dog I have ever had, and I had a few working dogs. I miss my malinois to this day, and he passed in 2014. I never had a dog since.
Always enjoy your videos
Great informative video! Great job. Thank you.
Bite force can be increased by feeding raw so they exercise jaw muscles on crunching bones. The fittest Rotti I have seen, lovely dog. The Malinois like Border Collies are very high drive and really need a job and to train/work daily . Trick work will help tire dogs mentally. Great video. Thank you :)
The content is always so fresh and informational! Also can we all just appreciate that the Mal is so fit you can see his ribs on inhale.
Cayla Standifird hes a long distance runner
Nicest Rottweiler ive ever seen.
Excellent vid - I’m a ROTT Lover ,have four now , momma and three of her pups 1 male and two females. Taking classes to be a trainer now.
Was wondering what the difference was between these breeds. Thanx for pointing them out . I must say, since I have really started getting involved with the training etc. I am very impressed with the malonois breed and their agility. Had a Rott for my dog most of 27-30yrs. Just as a companion or pet dog . Nice to hear someone who knows- you have to be a positive trainer not so much a compulsive trainer or they WILL let you know ,they do tend to push back if they feel like they’re being unjustly punished or you didn’t give them enough time to understand what you were asking. Awesome comparison. The Rottweiler May be the calmer all around but they are still not for the inexperienced or someone who is not willing to give them a bunch of their time
