  • For many years, scientists have been working to create animal-free dairy products. Some are plant-based, such as almond milk, soy milk, oat milk and yogurts, and some use micro-organisms, like yeast, for precision fermentation to produce cow milk proteins without animals. FAAB is working on product and process improvements that support industry in their development of animal-free dairy products.
