Italy is the country where most cases of psoriasis occur, due to the high consumption of nightshade plants (toxin lectin). Joint pain also comes from it. But of course not everyone reacts so strongly to it. So one should not generalise that it is basically good or bad! It is important to observe your body reactions and take them seriously.
@@susanneschauf7417 Really and you know for a fact that the cases of psoriasis occur, due to the high consumption of nightshade plants (toxin lectin...lol). The Caribbean (0.2%) and Latin America (0.16%) that eat tons of "toxic" beans and other nightshades as a staple have one of the lowest prevalence of psoriasis in the whole world! I am a senior who bodybuilds. I lost 30 lbs of weight by removing most of the toxic foods, dressings, and snacks I Ioved to eat~but I fear I also lost muscle mass due to my rearranging what foods I eat (whole foods mostly) and not weight trained for the past 5 years. However, I now want to add 10~15 lbs of muscle via bodybuilding. Maintaining health seems to go in the opposite direction to building muscle because to build muscle one would eat a number of small meals daily which prevents intermittent fasting and approaching autophagy! Any suggestions?
Hi. I'm a 64 y.o. who lost over 100 pounds by following keto diet in the last 6 months. But I also lost most of my muscles. It takes time to be fat adapted and metabolic flexible. Now, like you do, I want to get back my muscles and fight against a flabby skin too... without eating too many times a day and avoiding carbs. A kind of new challenge isn't it ? Eating more proteins can trigger insulin and fat will surely come back. Eating not enough proteins and you can't get enough muscles. Body building needs a lot of energy that ketones seem to not provide. I tried to have more carbs before muscle exercise to feel better... but ketosis stopped. Still looking for the right way to balance everything. Whatever my muscles are now, I'm feeling better than before and this is the most important thing.

Be careful of consuming to much OXALATE. I was doing this also, please read up on it and save yourself the hell I have gone through. There are videos on YT about oxalate dumping, etc.

In my personal experience cheese helps in healing pain in muscles or osteo pain faster comparatively to milk. I had once experienced it with Paneer myself when I could not sleep on my right side for a month and eating Paneer straight for a week this year had significantly reduced that sciatica pain.
So, even goat milk contains IGF growth factor and therefor shouldn't be consumed (apart from sugar content)? I thought it was safe, instead only in cheese-like form. Are these the right conclusions?
Love how Gundry throws random dates in when talking about food history, for example the cow mutation being Like a thousand years ago. Big fan of his science though.
I have cow's milk everyday and to this age of 67 it hasn't killed me in fact I'm in excellent health. I hardly ever have cheese. NOT that I think there's anything really wrong with cheese.
Pierre; Why is it ok to have goat and sheep yogurt and milks (ref. p.69 plant paradox quick and easy) and not organic , 100% grass fed A2 cows (like from Alexandre Farms). The feed for goats and sheep is routinely GMO alfalfa and almost never organic. Is there not IGF-1 in goat and sheep milk and yogurt, and therefore why eliminate organic 100% grass fed A2 Cow milk and yogurt on that basis. Basically why not eliminate milk and keep it to cheese and butter. Please clarify as this inconsistency is quite persistent. Thank you.

Religions were invented to control and oppress people
Subhaan Allah. I so agree .
yogurt is older than your prophet.... :)
I’m curious of Dr. Gundry opinion regarding raw milk.
Should cheese be absolutely made with raw milk or pasteurized is also ok ?
So manchego cheese (spanish sheep cheese) is better for you than cheddar? Are there any manchego style cheeses made in the USA? THanks!
Costco sells Manchego sheep cheese, as does Trader Joe's.
What about kefir?
I prefer dairy-free kefir (e.g., coconut kefir).
Can anyone recommend a farm around westchester NY or NJ that has A2 dairy?
Go carnivore
No need for extra weight after 50. Lean out and do not worry about grow of muscle mass.

Does dairy also block the absorbtion of polyphenols?

where to buy that medicine for preventing gut leaking? thank you!
The right food is the medicine
there is no such thing as gut leaking
I started drinking A2 milk and it still effected my stomach. A lot of cheeses especially cream cheese, ricotta gives me digestive issues. I only drink unsweetened almond milk.
Me too :)
Be careful of consuming to much OXALATE. I was doing this also, please read up on it and save yourself the hell I have gone through. There are videos on YT about oxalate dumping, etc.
Just do intermitent fasting 16:8 everyday and twice a day meal and youll good
Almond milk isn’t really milk. It should be labeled almond beverage or drink. There is no milk of any kind in it. In fact there aren’t that many almonds in it either.
There is a lot of bad ingredients in store bought almond milk, best to make your own.
Dr.Gundry Carabao Milk is healthy?
How about imported Parmesan cheese
What cause prostate? And how to prevent.
Does UK count as Southern Europe? I have checked our stores and online and is hard to find A2 milk, but a lot of pasturised milk options.
I learned something today. I want BOOFOLOW wings
am vegan in uk; but vegetarian in india...for a reason...the cow breed...the milk is much more digestible in asian countries.
I have a question, I’ve heard for many people online that dairy causes hair loss and Would like to know if it’s true! Thank you in advance
8:09-- Coconut Milk!
What about whey protein powder ?
I have no discomfort consuming
Amazing content as always !!
Thank you Dr. Gundry.❤
Junto one question, how much is too much goat cheese or yogurt for a day?
He has no idea
look up studies linking milk to cancer. it's only a little bit, like 1/2 cup to 1 cup before the risk goes way up. please research
I wouldn't say that you'd be able to fool people with goat cheese. its definitely has more funk than most cow cheeses.
Dr Gundry, I just got my order of pro plant complete chocolate shake and it came with an insert warning me of chemicals including arsenic that this product can expose me to. I’m not so excited to take it now.
I drink A2. I think Dr. Gundry said in one video that Adventists who did well ate lot of cheese. Canada now has A2 options available in stores too.
In my personal experience cheese helps in healing pain in muscles or osteo pain faster comparatively to milk. I had once experienced it with Paneer myself when I could not sleep on my right side for a month and eating Paneer straight for a week this year had significantly reduced that sciatica pain.
Liar, adventists are vegan.
3 Billy Goats Gruff😘 🐐🐐🐐
So, even goat milk contains IGF growth factor and therefor shouldn't be consumed (apart from sugar content)? I thought it was safe, instead only in cheese-like form. Are these the right conclusions?
Love how Gundry throws random dates in when talking about food history, for example the cow mutation being Like a thousand years ago. Big fan of his science though.
Random is a key word of his wisdom
Dr Gundry my husband has been suffering terribly with blocked nose and grasps for air all day and now he has itchy eyes Pl help thx
Is goat and sheep's milk ok?
What about buffalo yogurt and cheese?
I have cow's milk everyday and to this age of 67 it hasn't killed me in fact I'm in excellent health. I hardly ever have cheese. NOT that I think there's anything really wrong with cheese.
*I am BadLy Effected By MiLk MySeLf!!!*
*Sooo, I am Going with the A2 or Goats!!!*
You are the exception, not the rule
Dr Gundry, what about the almond milk137 unsweetend
Pierre; Why is it ok to have goat and sheep yogurt and milks (ref. p.69 plant paradox quick and easy) and not organic , 100% grass fed A2 cows (like from Alexandre Farms). The feed for goats and sheep is routinely GMO alfalfa and almost never organic. Is there not IGF-1 in goat and sheep milk and yogurt, and therefore why eliminate organic 100% grass fed A2 Cow milk and yogurt on that basis. Basically why
not eliminate milk and keep it to cheese and butter. Please clarify as this inconsistency is quite persistent. Thank you.
I would be careful eating nz cheese amd milk ! As it is mostly a1
So clarified grass fed butter is OK? Gets the proteins out?
