I used to be a physically active person but now i have a left ankle and shoulder fracture and dislocation and gained about 10kgs 2 months post surgery because of the immobilization. These bed workout versions of hers has really helped me to start working out safely again although there were a lot of improvisations i had to do from my part.
Last summer I was committed to do the bed workout for 3 month and I lost around 7kg without any loose skin. Today I come back again for my summer holiday.
Edit: This year i have lost 4kg :D see you again next summer

Hii!! I'm so proud of u, this is such an amazing job!! I wanted to ask u, how many times a day did you do this workout? Did you do any other workouts or anything else as well? I wanna start doing this bcs i gained rlly much weight this summer and i want to have a similiar effect to u 😭
@mond.schein_ hi, I did few thing other than this, I just eat less carbs and sugar, more heavy on vegetables, fruit and meat. And at start I just did it once a day and with a 5 min upper body work out that she posted, and then when it less sore, I start doing it twice a day.

I may not be strong enough to do some of these properly like the crutches but I have fatique problems that stop me from working out much and this seems like something I can implement better with my abilities!

I have a question: I've been doing your workouts for a few days now and I was wondering wether it was normal not to feel soar musclle the day after the workout, or maybe I"m doing something wrong?
i know this comment is kinda old but just wanted to say to always tense the muscles you’re using to actually get any benefit and toning !! or it could be that you’ve gotten used to this kind of work out already, if so you can always do it more intensely, like go from 30sec each to 45 or 60sec !!

I felt the intensity from this one... i felt like my neck and abs were dying 🤣🤣
You shouldn’t feel your neck dying, maybe try and stick your tongue on the roof of your mouth when you use your core to exercise or pretend you are holding an apple under your chin. You shouldn’t feel any type of pain or tension in the neck. Hope this helps. 😊
