I've been following your beginner friendly 20-minute workouts for almost 2 months + 7000 steps, 0 incline on the treadmill + on a healthy calorie deficit & I've been consistently losing 2 lbs per week. On lazy days this 7min workout is just enough to motivate me! It's like you're my personal fitness coach 5 days a week, i can't thank you enough!!

So I'm sick with a nasty upper respiratory infection (so basically missing half of my current workout cycle...yay) but thought I can probably do 7 mins on the flour. Thank you, Maddie! I'm having a lot of trouble with my hips and pelvic region from all the driving and sitting I do for my job. I'm trying to stretch and strengthen my hip flexors, glutes, etc. and this workout really helps! ❤💪I just did this twice and my hips feel better.
I’m 3 months postpartum and these are the kinds of workouts that I feel like push me enough to start and are achievable with 2 kids. I’d love to see a longer version or just more of them in general! ❤

Would love more of these! I have degenerative disc disease and some other things that make certain movements painful so I either force myself to do it so I can feel the burn and regret it later or have to do other moves.
This is a perfect way to squeeze in a little extra exercise this week. And, yes, a longer floor session would be wonderful. I am nursing a pulled calf muscle, so this type of workout is just what I need.
Great workout format! I try to exercise in the morning but it's usually too hard to do even 30 mins (I get hungry...) so this is just the right thing, thank you!
