Today I'm sharing my FINAL lineup for my planners and notebooks/journals in 2025! It's A LOT, admittedly, but I'm excited to record all of my adventures in the New Year! What does your lineup look like? Thanks so much for watching!
OMG, you are my soulsister overseas, i am from the Netherlands. I tought i am crazy with my notebooks 😂 I maintain 8 books. Keep us posted, i love it so much ❤
Hi Lori. Congratulations on your 33 pound weight loss. It's a life journey, Isn't it? After listening to your planner and journal plans, my head was spinning. Honestly I don't understand how you keep track of everything, It's impressive! I'm glad that you create so much joy by using all the various lovely journals.Oh, and congrats on the condo in Boston. I was there once and thought it was amazing! So much to do there. Enjoy your holidays, and we will look forward to seeing you in 2025.
I used to think it was crazy to have multiple books going, but you have a lot to keep track of, especially with multiple UA-cam Channels and a business! Also, I think anyone who sketches or journals is going to have multiple books! It makes total sense, and is a great way to justify buying notebooks in multiple sizes from multiple brands! It was fun seeing how you put yours to use!
First let me say, I love ur nails. They r always beautiful. I love planners too. I have a purpose for each one too. As long as it makes u happy thats what matters. I never think u can have too many. I always look forward to ur videos & Lumpy. Merry Christmas!!!!! 🥰☃️🎄❄️🐩🐩🐩
A well-thought out collection of planners. Like you, I am decreasing the number of dated planners that I have. I also love fountain pens and completely understand your enjoyment of this hobby.
I enjoyed seeing which journals you plan to use and how you intend to use them. You have a lot to manage, and it is no wonder that you use more than one journal to do so. You have given me some great ideas for the new year. I love your channel and appreciate you sharing with us. Happy holidays to you and your family!
Love this video!!!! I used to really enjoy having multiple planners/journals because I like variety, however, I've finally come to the conclusion that it becomes a chore for me. After years of experimenting, I've realized that a bullet journal solves my issues. I prefer the GLP creations author dot grid because it's a little smaller than A5. One lasts me around six months. I had to really be honest with myself and I use my phone to plan and my "planner" to document my day and journal. I like it to be fluid so one page might have a weekly spread and the next page I'm journaling and some pages I paint or even scrapbook in. I love seeing your stack and will have fun watching you use them. Looking forward to your set up video!
I just got interested in planner and I’m currently deep diving into videos. My other obsessions are makeup and handbags. Your intro mentioned handbags and I perked up!!
If you like wet ink I would strongly recommend to stay in the Leuchtturm for your morning pages. The stalogy is so dry. I once had one as a (dear) diary and could hardly get myself to finish it. I started Morning Pages in 2023 and went through 4 B5 Leuchturm books and am now in the fifth, but I have slowed down.
Thank you for sharing. I've already seen a couple of people in the comments hesitant about the Stalogy. I've never used one consistently for my fountain pens so I may reconsider that choice. The LEUCHTTURM are so reliable!
I’ve crossed over! I am ending my reselling journey after 4 years due to taking on a (great) full time job. But that means I need to be more organized with my notes and planners. So today I ordered my first travelers notebook cover from Chic Sparrow. I love all your content and am especially loving hearing about your new condo.
I have found my favorite size is the A5. I use my Galen Leather zipper cover for everyday. But then I have multiple extras for inks, scribbles etc… I’m also all over the map. Pam
Thanks for sharing this, I got lots of inspiration from it. I love OURS, they have the best stickers & PET tape. I have an order coming with some journals from them. Also love the idea of the book club, I look forward to that!
I had a similar situation with my reading journal. Turns out the book was adorable but too small for me to enjoy writing in it. Hence, my writing in ot fell off but I learned something about how to make it work better next year.
I love your setups, thank you for sharing! So much helpful Insp! That green Stalogy is gorgeous!!! 😍Where did you get it? I can’t find the green one online.
The pictures you've drawn of the pens are often even prettier than the pens! I like that you're drawing them in different colours cause you're essentially designing new pen ideas!! In general lovely drawings of the other things as well! I'm wondering if there's anyone who specifically and extensively tracks how different pens and nibs make them write different, beyond the obvious broad nibs making bigger writing and finer nibs making smaller writing....? I suppose some people have very consistent handwriting while others have more shape shifting handwriting?
Great video! 🎉 What is the name of the style of the LV wallet that you had your Hobo Weeks in? Didn’t know they had one big enough for that- Love it! 💕
I would be sooo confused with all those books that I would probably mix up everything and end up totally confused 😂 I love this community because everyone has their own way of doing things and we can actually take some ideas and make it our own. Your line up looks beautiful and since it works for you it's great. For me personally I'll have a Sİ B6 full year for my planning and to do lists. This year I tried to track my pen and ink pairings in a beautiful musubi notebook. But it didn't work. I realised I need all my practical info in one place. So I am using the end of my common planner as my currently ink if you will. Works like a charm for me 😊 I plan on continuing all my daily planning and info needs the same way. But if we talk about notebooks for different subjects, that is where my brain works in topics and 'boxes'. Boxes meaning a notebook each: one for my work as I am taking new courses for new areas I want to go into. That is my Galen b5 TR notebook in one of their beautiful covers. I have another notebook (a cosmo one) for a specific subject that I research/study for my own interest. And others that I use if I need to prepare a seminar/lecture. I use a lot of different notebooks and pens and inks. İt makes everything much more interresting for me. I started doodling/drawing in a different notebook but as I realised it's a form of relaxation for me, it goes in my Sİ b6 now. Handy and with me at all times 😊 And I also must have a pad at my desk at all times for the same purpose. The one thing I have been intrigued about is the morning pages people go on about. I would very much appreciate if you could talk about its benefits for you and your peace of mind in the long run vs journaling in your daily
Hi. I really enjoyed this video, i wouldn't be able to have so many notebooks, but saying that i use 7 TRC notebooks and love them. I also use the hobonichi A6 5 year which i started last year, when thus is completed i wouldnt purchase the hobonichi again because the last year in the book on the right there is that unnecessary writing which i do not like or understand! Good luck with your adventures in Boston 😊😊
Stalogy paper quality has been really poor for me. I was never able to use fountain pens in them. I’m curious to know your experience with the paper quality.
@ perhaps you could do a first impressions video and a writing test on the stalogy. I like the aesthetics but the quality always prevented me from using it. Also a few ideas for top-n videos. (1) top 5 fountain pens under $100, (2) top 5 fountain pens over $100, (3) top 5 fountain pen ink combos, (4) top 5 summer inks, (5) top 5 fall inks, (6) top 5 pen cases/sleeves, (7) top 5 stationery stores you’ve ever visited, (8) top 5 bucket list items related to pens/stationery/bags for 2025. And maybe throw in a few videos about books (books you’ve read/want to read etc.)
Hi Lori, it’s nice to see you here again! Watched your 12 days of Haul-mas over at your thrifting channel for the first time this year. Do setups from notebook you like- I will enjoy it ☺️ The Yoseka Stalogy is soooo pretty! I love the paper of Stalogy but don’t use it as my Morning Journal (anymore) because it has nothing to close, like an elastic band. Would that bother you?
Great video!!! I wanted to ask you for guidence. I am coming back to fountain pens after many many year. I need a pen that is easy to write with it long stories. I need a pen with a good flow and reliable. Unfortunately I can't spend more than $200 dollars and that with a big effort. I am not going to use shimmer inks. Love the look of the Benu and Leonardo, but I don't know if they are good for my purpose. Thank you for you videos!
You spell you first name the same as me! Or, should I say, those who named us spell our first name the same way! 😊 And you live in Boston! I'm in Providence, RI!
Jealous you got to see Shane Gillis - he's so funny! I'm also not a reading journal gal. I like to note when I read them and give them a little rating, and sometimes a 3-5 sentence review, but the 'reading journal' concept doesn't really work for me. If I want to take notes on a book or write reflections I'll just do it in my Stalogy 'everything' notebook. That 2024 Weeks is soooo cute - I'm crazy about green :)
Good Lord………it’s a good thing that you don’t have to leave the house for a 9 to 5 job!! I don’t think you would ever get there before quitting time by the time you got all of your notebooks written in!!
I think planners, writers and people who journal are just a different breed. My stack looks similar to this and I do have a 9-5 job but it’s my love and my hobby, it keeps me productive and creatively satiated.

Thank you so much Terri!! All of my planners and pens do make me happy!!
A well-thought out collection of planners. Like you, I am decreasing the number of dated planners that I have. I also love fountain pens and completely understand your enjoyment of this hobby.
I'd be overwhelmed by so many journals.
I enjoyed seeing which journals you plan to use and how you intend to use them. You have a lot to manage, and it is no wonder that you use more than one journal to do so. Congratulations on your new job! I hope you love your new TN. I find their modular system to be very customizable and fun!!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts and plans-so inspiring ! You may enjoy a LIBERTAZ planner cover. The leather and workmanship is so beautiful.
I have found my favorite size is the A5. I use my Galen Leather zipper cover for everyday. But then I have multiple extras for inks, scribbles etc… I’m also all over the map. Pam
All those planners makes me anxious.😂. I just use one. Charing Cross planner and I also use it as a commonplace journal.
I understand!! Like I said, I'm a minimalist wannabe!! I would love to explore commonplace journals more!
Thanks for sharing this, I got lots of inspiration from it. I love OURS, they have the best stickers & PET tape. I have an order coming with some journals from them. Also love the idea of the book club, I look forward to that!
Thanks for my dose of fabulous! Have a Merry Christmas!🎁
You are very welcome! Wishing you a Happy New Year!
Awesome!!! Can’t wait for your top ten pens ❤️
Thank you Kristen!
I had a similar situation with my reading journal. Turns out the book was adorable but too small for me to enjoy writing in it. Hence, my writing in ot fell off but I learned something about how to make it work better next year.
I’d enjoy seeing how you plan to journal for your upcoming book group. 📚
Looking forward to see your setups! Whatever you can share 👍
Thanks so much!
You’ll need a planner to plan which planners/journals your using! 😅❤
You got me there! 😂
I love my Stalogy!
I love your setups, thank you for sharing! So much helpful Insp!
That green Stalogy is gorgeous!!! 😍Where did you get it? I can’t find the green one online.
Thank you Emily! the Stalogy is from Yoseka Stationery.
I can’t wait to hear more about book club!

I'm so sorry Robyn!! It's always great to have a notebook handy, isn't it!
@@timewithtata8004 don’t apologize I love your content and all of your fun pens.
Hi Lori! What do you do with the sheets from three-ring planners when you are done with them? I’m trying to figure out how to store/save these.

I work 9 to 10 hours a day. My journals/planners keep me sane. I have multiple books and enjoy/need each one to keep me organized.
