STOAT HALL FISHERY | New bait catches stunner!

Thought I’d go down to my local to try out this new bait (Big Bosh Baits) check them out on Facebook, mega bait!.
Once turned up and had a walk around the lake speaking to anglers, it turned out that the lake want fishing well, no fish had been on the bank all bank holiday weekend. Wasn’t exact what I wanted to hear having not fished it for 15 years…
Witching 30 minutes I landed myself that sturgeon at 17lb. After that the swim died down, mind you it is only a small lake so the fish will get around quite often. Anyway I opted to move and from then I had those 2 carp, a stunning koi with a flash of orange and that pristine mid double common.
Stoat Hall Fishery - there’s 3 ponds and I definitely recommend it if you want a bend in the rods. Specimen lake supposedly has carp up to the mid 20s and 2 decent sturgeons to go at.
