Thank you so much for watching! 😊 If you are enjoying these advent calendar videos, make sure to leave a like and share them around! Watching all the way through is also incredibly helpful! UA-cam doesn't really like my shorter videos lol. A little help goes a long way though:) Have a great day! I'll see you tomorrow with another tutorial! :D
Pog
I've always wondered why doesn't everyone use the design with the lava blade always out mine is still working the only problem is I built it out of the render distance from my bace
You awnserd in the video but mine is pretty efficient when I remember to afk over there
Does this same design work on Java or does this not work bc bedrock redstone sucks
@@SithSamLive java has cow crushers why would you want. Even if you need chicken and feathers for some reason it would be fairly easy to set up a entity craming farm u could even make it automatic by filtering out the eggs and shooting the eggs back in the chicken hole .no matter how reliable a system is in kill mobs nothing is more reliable than entity craming
Me : Doing homework

Cept I was sitting here for an hour reloading the youtube page waiting for something to happen.
RIGHT MUMBO??? Wouldn't it be nice if we knew what was going on in Hermitcraft after 5 FRICKIN' DAYS
"Skulk Sensors" 😑
im literally doing my cs homework right now as im reading this.
make sure you get your homework done though!! very important! :D
I love these mini farms so much! They are so helpful so starter players like me, and I've used every single one of them! Keep up the good work! Can't wait to see the next one!
I appreciate that you come back and respond to comments for a video that is 2 years old. It's very hard to see a UA-camr that dedicated to staying in touch with his community.
I’m glad you made an updated tutorial on this! Tysm!!!
Thank you for doing this advent calendar series :-)
A suggestion (if you haven't planned them all yet): could you please do a simple small villager breeder? That would be very helpful :-)
I absolutely love your contraption here, I hope you keep on making these starter farms:)
I've been thinking about this type of farm, but i somehow managed to reimagine it as an exp farm, but i wasnt able to figure out the redstone. This helped me perfect that idea. Thanks silent
I’m gonna comment on every single one of these and then build them all on a world and just get so much stuff lol
Save button: am I a joke to you?
@@maxrupert5189 yeah it is lol
Hey
Iron farm
I think I’ll do that too
For everyone who doesn't know what feathers are for once you have infinity, you can trade feathers with fletcher villagers :)
There’s also arrows? Feathers are pretty useful no? Or does everyone just enchant tridents by then?
@@jon1819 they said once you have infinity, so excess arrows are pretty useless
Get a fletcher to sell you really cool arrows, use some of the other enchantments other than infinity.
I like to use squid ink with the feathers to make ink and quill books to trade to librarians
Love the fact that this comment is coming from somone with a profile picture of a duck
Simple but very efficient, very good tutorial thank you 😊
Hey Silent! So happy to see your back and enjoying yourself! I am so hype for your advent calendar and look forward to ur vids each day! I would love if you could teach up how to build the kelp, bamboo, and sugar cane farm you use on truly bedrock! Also have things been much harder having to post everyday?
I was playing Minecraft while watching, so I tested this out! I have to say, it’s nice to finally get a reliable chicken cooker that doesn’t burn the seed chickens.
.
Perfect! Just what I needed, a brand new certified Silent chicken farm. Thank you 🙏
Great video, thank you.
Just when I was thinking about a chicken farm, there it is.
I will build this later today.
Can you post, or recommend, a reliable and efficient creeper farm?
I’ve looked around and tried many designs but none seem to work very well!
Works like a charm on 1.18.2 Bedrock.
Thanks!
I love to have all of this smail farms that are easy to bild👍👍
Thank you!!!
Thank you😊 it works I have made in my world thank you very much for bedrock edition farms 😊 🌹
I've been using a very similar farm design I found years ago. Love the chicken cooker
Still works! I love your tutorials!
Awesome farm, other ones I've seen just have the lava sitting behind the glass, which doesn't sit well with me since I consider putting this inside my base made completely of wood.
Im subbed
Silent’s voice is so soothing 😳😳😳
ALWAYS HAS BEEN
That was I was going to say!
Tf
Thank you for making these awesome farms :)
These are so good, def going to use a few of them, once I can figure out where to put them 😁. Suggestion for one of your advent calendar items.....sheep farm. I would like to harvest all colors or wool automatically.
Yes, this still works in Bedrock 1.20.15. Also i built egg farm adjacent to this with hopper going into the same chest. Great stuff as always silent 😊
good to know.
Thank you for this tutorial I've been breeding too many chickens and now I have like 30 stacks (literally) of eggs and don't know what to do with them. Thx :3
Little Houdinis 😆
They definitely are. I tried a similar farm to this and I opened a trap door on the side because I figured I could feed them some seeds and they all escaped. It was a learning experience hahah.
Nice and easy tutorial and great little bonus egg farm too ❤
7:28 "bam! Eggfarm... 2 tutorials in one vid" XD 🤣🔥♥️
You are very good silent whisperer because I was needing one of these
Thx you very much for all your cool guides for the Bedrock version of Minecraft.
still waiting for the stacked raid farm, he even already posted the trailer earlier xD
Yea me too
Me too
Me too
Wat u mean stacked raid farm?
It's I raid farm with more than one raid in one time and we want the 12 stacked raid farm
Nice! Thank you!
I just started a hardcore world a few days ago and these farms are really helpfull in early game. Thank you for sticking with java and keep up dude
What do you mean? He's playing in Bedrock lol
@@staticbits exactly also there is no hardcore on bedrock so ?????
@@ish_ this guy's probably just trolling
@@staticbits I guess
Built this and the cow farm next to each other, both work great.
Always a great farm. Passive food for your realm
Silent, you're the MVP in the bedrock tutorial community 😎
Awesome Design.
Can I suggest gravity Duper next.
A kid called Mod Stop has a video and its well worth the time
Hey silent! Like the movies! Super reliable as well! Curious if you could design two beside each other into a chicken coupe?
Wave silentwisperer. Your farm is good. I've been looking for a compact and efficient basalt farm for days, but I haven't been convinced. I could get a tutorial on this farm. I would really appreciate it. Thank you
Great tutorial! Works great when we're in the base building.
PieIsTheBest!!!
I was wondering if you could make a flower farm with a collection system? You know, one of those flower farms with a basic bonemeal dispenser on some grass to randomly generate flowers and the pistons to break them on a redstone clock. Something more automatic than walking around on would be nice.
Btw, by placing a lever on the block next to hopper under the egg chest and replace the two blocks above said chest with upside down stairs or glass, the farm can change function to an egg farm instead of you having to build a separate one and having even more chicken lag.
Great vid! Keep it up!
The fox farm was very useful to farm chickens cause if you don't use fire aspect and only looting you can trade it and so as the feather and you can smelt the left over chicken so as you know raw meat will give you ton of xp . But thanks for all this 😁😁😁
Will you do another advent calendar this year? I really enjoyed and appreciated this from 2020.
Thanks for literally just being awesome
Nice farm! Though to get good rates, you need to put A LOT of chicken in the egg-laying area. Like a 100 or 200. To automate that process, I temporarily removed the lava and the kill-chamber slab and created a simple soul sand elevator: replaced the hopper under the slab with a soul sand block, created a 5-block-high water-source column on top of it; at the top of the column make a tunnel towards the egg-laying spot and then put a sign above the egg-laying spot to stop the water. Then covered it all with glass to prevent the chicks from escaping (though I imagine you could use any solid blocks). That way any newly hatched chick would immediately travel up the bubble column, then float towards the egg-laying spot and finally just land there.
An additional benefit of having 200-ish chicken in Bedrock is that it prevents the mobs from spawning for something like 4 chunks around that farm, which makes it much easier to work on your base at night!
Good idea, you could also make a higherarchy of egg farms feeding into the next
Is a ghast blaster tutorial in the works? I’ve built myself a ghast catcher and I’ve gotta put it to good use.
This seems like a nice little farm! Can you make a crop farm with villagers?
Thank you! I was waiting for this in my world.
I trust silent so much I never even test the farm in creative most of time
Keep up the good work!
Hopefully they are working well for you! 💙😊
@@silentwisperer they do work! I never try them in creative too
I just try them if they got old like ur old mob farm
same
WOOOOO
IM GOING TO BUILD THIS ONE TOO
This man like hermitcraft for bedrock
Keep it up
Btw great vid
Tq for our farm video 😊
What is the rates of this per chicken?
Great vids silent!
If you want any ideas for the farms for the Advent calendar. I would love to have a rabbit farm.
Especially because in 1.17 you'll need rabbit hide to make bundles
That would be great
@@staticbits this comment aged poorly ;(
@@mammothcorruptplays398 xd :(
Can u soon make a gravity duper again because the one u posted last time got patched
Silentwisperer can u do flint farm i rlly love ur video😆
If your still taking suggestions, a vertical flying machine/ elevator would be cool to see
Silent, could you please make an updated version of your spawner farm video? Because that design plus the new trident killer dont work together
This boi has 3 chicken cooker designs and they are all amazing we love you silent you are amazing 🤩
gotta keep em updated! :D I really like the fox powered one though. Thats a fun design
Was literally searching for this... Adding it to a trident killer instead of lava, then using the chicken filtered into hoppers to smokers to store xp. So basically, an XP farm that is always full and ready to use instead of having to wait on it.
I’m going to try all of these!
Hey silent! Could you make a tutorial on how to kill a wither easier? The ones we try aren’t working. Also a tutorial to make an automatic cow cooker? I would love that!
I made one of these in my world it works very well
Advent calendar +1 tutorials the best advent calendar ever
Thanks silent!
THANK YOU for saying the dimensions ahead of time.
Hi Silent, I am about to write a paragraph on why you are the best bedrock edition youtuber.
First, you are extremely nice and friendly. Next, you post quality and frequent videos. Then, you have been in this community for so long. Lastly, you are so dedicated to your channel and Minecraft overall.
You don’t have to like this if you don’t I just thought this would brighten your day (=
Dude this design is like 7 years old....
But works like a charm 🤗
On bedrock anything is stupidly complicated
Nope lava blade always gets stuck
Thanks built this again in my new world
One of the issues I have had with the lava being stuck out is that the chicken would get burned inside the lava but the feathers won't. Started in 1.16
Tysm for the farm mate
Always happy to help :D
Can u do a bone meal farm to use in crop farm please 💓
This will be the best December ever Im going to watch every video
Just make a general mob farm, convert a skeleton spawner, or make a kelp or melon farm with composters
The iron farm but sort out the Flowers into a composter
step 1: skeleton spawner
step 2: bones
step 3: bonemeal
@@TonyStark-yu4ot Nah that’s too slow.
0 tick farm with a composter
How about a 2×3 hopper plataform all outputting to the dropper to be able to have more chickens without the entities cramming. This farm really relies on eggs hatching so more eggs per hour is more food right?
Is both comparators supposed to be on or just the one in the back?
Honestly the first time my whole villager farm started flying when I pass by, don't forget
Early game tip instead of lava blade make a water block with signs so older chicken drowns and gives raw chicken and u can sell it for emerald and cook for xp
Hey can you show us a fix to the wood farm
This advent calendar is the best thing that happened in 2020 so far
Yep
Hey Silent! Nice vid. Can you post the rates for your farms! Thx
all chicken farms are the same, unless you are using looting or having a fox use looting for you:) it all depends on how many egg laying chickens are in the top!
doesn’t seem to work anymore on xbox one the adult chickens catch the baby’s on fire as well. Any modifications to fix this issue?
Already have one but still got to watch this video
Silent you should do a creeper farm to wrap the advent calendar up or even a mob farm
You should do a whitch farm with lightning rods for the 1.16 beta
1:36
Nice one
Silent I'm a mobile player and I build big projects and for that I had to craft so many things but in mobile we can't craft all things in once we had tap one time to craft one item so plz help me how I craft all things in once
OMG THANK YOU
Will the farm still work when the lava is exposed? Occasionally the dispenser won’t pick the lava back up.
Can you please make a working vertical flying machine for doors with slime blocks and honey (ps4bedrock)
This was goooood :D
Doesn't seem to work I'm playing on Bedrock Edition on PS4 set up just the way he did it in the video but the bottom dispenser will not dispense the eggs anymore. When I first set it up it look like it was going to work I just had to wait for the baby chicks to grow up to see if the lava blade worked. I have double-checked build compared to your design and it all seems to be the same. Any suggestions on what's wrong? Have they changed something in the mechanics in the latest update?
Can I just link your channel in my discord for my realm? Some of the members are struggling bc they’re from java.
Sweet I was hoping someone else would notice that craming bug. It happens in my witch farm trident killer too.
Honestly it is nice to see when the witches are getting killed.
5:31 "this double chest is here just to save you having to put two hoppers" seems like you could put a switch on the hopper taking out of this chest if you dont need anymore chicken, letting you use the eggs for villager trading
Still works 👍
Thanks
Thanks I don't get hungry anymore at survival
