Thank you so much for this shawl. I have been looking for this for some time and now I found it. I used this pattern to make coats. I made the start about 10 inches long and sewed the two side sections together to make sleeves. It is such a handy pattern. Thank you again.

“So.. you could count, but why bother.” 😂
I love it. I agree, this pattern has some pretty obvious turning points, but that still cracked me up.

Hi Mikey, I was thinking of making it longer also and adding arm holes. Do you have any pointers for that. I love this shawl.

I'm a larger person and need to upscale the pattern so it actually fits. What would the chain be in multiples of X amount of chains to increase the size?? and where to place the V-stitches with the increases.

Hi Mikey! I have a couple questions... I am a rather large woman.. will using a larger hook with worsted weight make it bigger?? also, If i make it longer (cape size), would this be something I could add a hood too?? kind of like a skoodie hood?? I haven't been crocheting long, and sorry to bother you with these questions.. it's just that inquiring minds want to know lol...

I'm shocked. And impressed. U answered a sizing question. Other teachers won't do that. My hat is off to.u.

What types of clothes can you wear with this because the one the model is wearing doesn't look good.
Would it look nice on top of a white oxford shirt?

+Tonia C I'm not an expert by any means, but maybe you'd want to divide the chain and number of stitches on the foundation row sections by half? You'll probably want to do 1-2 rows then try it around the child just to make sure you're doing it right. That way, if it's off, you won't have to pull a bunch of work.

Do i have to go into the back of the chain?I notice you do that alot.

Usted podría hacer lo mismo si lo desea.- This is a Yarnspirations pattern. You can contact them through their website to ask for this resource as they may have it on file. I usually take a screen shot of the graph and blow it up on to print. You could do the same if you wish.
